Apt in the sand nicely decorated and cozy. Condominio bom for whom children. The way to the beach is very good and close. The beach, though of open sea, is practically private to the condominium which "amazes" street vendors and gives tranquillity to the bathers.

The apartment is wonderful, practically new and well cleaned electros, barbecue was washed. The spaces match the photos and beyond. Easy to find and super safe, the host who received us was very cordel and proactive. I recommend this space for those who are looking for calm, tranquility, leisure and rest.

The apartment is beautiful and new. Very well equipped and furnished. Nice views. The kitchen had more appliances than I thought it would have. The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to bring us the key to get in, and the instructions said that access was all by biometric data. If I had known that and I had let them know when I was arriving, it surely wouldn't have happened, but it wasn't clear. After that, everything was perfect. 100% recommended.

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

The land is very large, it was great for the dogs to stay, as there was plenty of room for them to run, wall with plenty of privacy. The hosts were friendly and made themselves available in case we needed anything. The area is beautiful and safe, very close to Grant Beach, with a market nearby. The house is very cozy, great mattresses and pillows, very good TV, it has everything you need to spend several days.

We were 5 adults, a closed and quiet place, although weekend fills the very respectful people, for example, no loud music. If you are looking for a quiet and family place it is highly recommended. Being closed it is very secure. It has beach access, as pictured. On the days we touch the sea was bravo, I love that's the coast of Barra Velha. I did not see cleaning the municipality or whoever it is, the garbage/dirt that the sea brings to the beach. On the beach there is a caipira and food salesman who has his local nearby and there are no street vendors except for one who step by selling ice cream.

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

The house is comfortable and has met my expectations. The kitchen was well equipped, with enough utensils for daily use, and the other rooms were functional and organized. The region is calm and quiet, ideal for those looking for a more reserved place, especially during periods of high season. Our experience was very good! The apartment corresponds exactly to what is advertised: well equipped, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The condominium offers great leisure areas and direct access to the beach, in addition to the market and cafeterias that made our stay much easier. Communication with Fernando was great and we were warmly welcomed by Rosei. We had quiet and pleasant days, and we certainly want to return in the future.

Great stay. Very well equipped and cozy apartment, there was nothing missing. And the condominium is great. The co-host's reception was very good, and communication with Mr. Fabiano was quick and effective, and he is undoubtedly a very kind and accessible person.

The host couple was extremely helpful, they provided all the information clearly. The apartment is a delight, we felt at home, with all the necessary utensils, a giant TV with many channels. Jeanne is impeccable and the apartment is very complete. Nice, well decorated, with everything you need. The beach, I would almost say private, we did not use the pools or the game room but everything was excellent. I'll be back.

The apartment is excellent ! As you can see in the photos, everything is new, everything is impeccable !!! Enjoy the view of the pool and beach. The place is quiet, ideal to rest in front of the beach. Alexandre very attentive, we arrived late and we wait until 23 Hs to make the entrance. I highly recommend it !!!! We spent 10 beautiful days, we'll be back !!!
