Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

The apartment is just like in the photos. Nádia received us very kindly and presented to us the whole structure . The condominium is located on a great beach. Excellent!!!!

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

Large apartment in a condominium with more than 15 buildings, located on a large avenue with easy access. It is on the 1st floor and facing the street, but the place is calm and it is not a problem. It is run by a company (Multi-season) and had Ligia (very friendly and helpful) as a contact. The apartment complete with all the necessary items. In the meantime, I found some problems related to "maintenance". * The cleaning could have been better performed (there was a clamp full of hair where the shampoo and a razor plastic is placed) * The suite bathroom was with the whole roof peeling * The suite had the all cracked infiltration wall * There was a large spider web between the bathroom wall and the bed * The light from the suite room was burned * The water heater for the suite worked on about 15% of the occasions * The manta, tmb located in the suite had a very strong stench (after being washed, it was pleasant) Easy to fix problems

The hosts were very kind, responding quickly and assisted us at check-in. The apartment is very good, it has all the utensils we need on a daily basis. Quiet and cozy place, we felt at home. We'll be back shortly .

Raquel is a very attentive host. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and has a beautiful view of the beach and is also very well located. The condominium premises are amazing, everything is beautiful, clean and organized. I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Penha.

The apartment is just like the posts, the host and his manager are super friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service. The unbeatable property has all the amenities available without any problems, without a doubt, a good choice.

The place where it is located is very central and has all kinds of shops close by, you can walk to everyone! I loved the stay, the apartment is amazing, just like the pictures. My daughter loved the children's room The leisure structure is very good, pools morninhas. I would be staying in the apartment again and I will also refer the place to friends. I had very easy access to the host. Always responded quickly. Near the building there are restaurants, pharmacies. In the pool area there is a bar that makes drinks, snacks and snacks. They were always well understood and cordial. Great!!

My stay was just wonderful! From the first contact, Tassiana was extremely attentive and helpful. The accommodation is excellent, very comfortable and with everything I needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything and the beach right in front of the apartment is very good! Every detail made my experience unforgettable. The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!
