We loved the stay, huge apartment, everything was very clean and organized, well-mannered hosts, we intend to return soon.

The apartment is great! I spent a few days with my wife and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped, with various utensils and equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Everything is well cared for. The region is also very interesting, great for walking, super close to the Center, but at the same time very quiet. It is worth mentioning the very good and very close restaurants (Balbi Trattoria and Porto Campelo, for example, within walking distance).

Our stay at Ricardo's apartment was excellent from start to finish! The property is impeccable: very clean, well decorated and with a super cozy atmosphere. The air conditioners work perfectly, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and laundry appliances are modern and practical. The location is privileged, close to shops, restaurants and sights. In addition, Ricardo was an exemplary host: polite, helpful and always willing to help with sympathy. It was an amazing experience — we recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back!

Returning to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second consecutive year and we are already thinking about returning. It was my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year there were 12 of us, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable rooms, and best of all: your backyard is the beach! You go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the gazebo and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house delivers and exceeds what it promises. We spent beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Local super quiet, even though it was a way to nearby beaches it was super quiet. Comfortable and complete house, including the outdoor kitchen, so much so that we only use it during the stay. You can walk both to the beach and to cove. I did not find the owner in person, but was always available on the phone. Karin and Claiton were loved ones.

I highly recommend it, if the apartment is available, book it. The apartment is amazing, my family loved it, we stayed on the Easter holiday and enjoyed it a lot, it's all beautiful. Flávio was super attentive to us, he gave us all his attention, there were a few details but he was super attentive. I recommend it.

The apartment is well located, well-maintained condominium, with many leisure options. Safe location. Close to the beach, you can walk. Supermarket nearby with good products and fair prices, you don't need to bring anything from home, you can get everything fresh at the market. We very much like the stay and we recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.
