It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE GRILL. The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JANUARY TO MARCH/2026 THE BEACH IS UNDERGOING EXPANSION WORK, with some access restrictions

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

This house is like a ground floor apartment, it's not an inn, The rental is only for one family at a time. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the family that makes the reservation. Swimming pool with sanitized water, no chemicals, cleaning is done before 9:00 a.m. The pool can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. I live upstairs. My husband and I do not use the pool while there are guests. We take care of the outdoor common area, patio, garage, and pool. We do not provide towels.

The house is close to the sea (see location), it is not necessary to cross streets to be on the sand, and there is free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the cozy space with its outdoor area, barbecue, beach kit, shade, sunbathing and a long wooden table. The Saí River, which meets the sea, is an attraction in itself! ** Christmas, New Year's Eve (05 nights) and Carnival (05 nights) minimum stay.
