It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

It is in Balneário Itapema do Norte. It is a new two-story house, with an exit to two streets. The front faces Rua Hermínio Dagnoni and is on the same street as the new public market, with many amenities, bakery, market and pharmacy nearby. The back has access to the beach, about 100 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is furnished and comfortable. You'll be a few meters from the center/shopping and the sea. Great beach!
