Great location and even better than the listing photos. Extremely polite and helpful host. It was a great experience and we will certainly come back more often.

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

Our stay was wonderful, the place is very quiet and with good space. We'll definitely be back at another time 🙏

Quiet place, we liked the house, everything was very clean and organized, Ricardo always responded quickly and was considerate.

I'll start with a note (the outlets are 220V), you need to let the next guests know. The house is beautiful, clean and new, five stars. Amanda's service is impeccable, congratulations! We'll come back more often.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Casa marvellous! We spent a holiday of peace and rest, the house has modern and cozy infrastructure, there is absolutely nothing missing. Great play area (pool, lawn, deck) the children had fun in contact with nature. I highly recommend!

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We stayed at the property from 06/18 to 06/22, an impeccable apartment, very well maintained, clean and organized, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay, great structure and especially the wonderful view. My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.
