Great experience! Highly recommend! Our stay was simply amazing! The house is great, very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place is super cozy, with a charming decoration and all the details well taken care of. Also, both the host and the housekeeper were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help us with what we needed. We feel very welcome and we are sure to come back at the next time. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a special place to rest and enjoy the coast!

I was extremely well received by Martin. I spent a week staying at his house and several times I needed to get in touch to ask for tips on restaurants, employees, among others and he always proved to be super helpful and quick to respond. The house is wonderful, well equipped with appliances, air-conditioning, barbecue, endless kitchen utensils, cooler, complete china and many other devices that make the experience much easier and more enjoyable. In addition, the house faces the sea, it is a paradise. We were very pleased with every detail of the stay!

Simply wonderful! Carlos and Amanda were super receptive and attentive from the start, always responding very quickly and with kindness. The house is incredibly equipped, there was nothing missing during the stay. The house is even better than in the photos and the outside area is a show apart: super complete to barbecue, with a beautiful landscaping that makes the environment even more welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for rest, and with the nearby beach, as well as nearby markets that have made everyday life much easier. It was such a good experience that I didn't want to leave! I hope to return soon. I highly recommend!

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Best experience we had at this carnival. Eduardo very helpful and always on standby when we had some kind of hindrance, the very helpful porters, in particular a little man who helped us with a problem we had with the pet in the early hours. The house is great, for sure we will want to go back. Well located, just a few minutes from the proper bathing area, we have nothing to complain about.

We spent an unforgettable weekend with the family. House according to the ad, comfortable, very clean and organized. Nice and very quiet place. Township had all the features it needed within reach. Mr Adauri very kind and helpful.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing: extremely clean, organized environment with all utensils and equipment in perfect condition. It's already the third time we stayed at Iloa, but it was the first time in Fabyane's flat — and, without a doubt, it was the best organized so far. Fabyane was super attentive and always responded quickly through the app, which made all the difference. We had only one difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection, which did not work inside the flat. The connection was only stable in the common areas, such as swimming pool and reception. I believe it is a limitation of the residential infrastructure, not the flat itself. Fabyane tried to help us with the problem, but unfortunately during our stay we were unable to use the internet in the apartment, which ended up impacting a little, since my wife performs home office activities. Still, nothing that compromised the experience as a whole. We recommend and will certainly be back!

Excellent location and functional apartment, too comfortable whether in the beds, bathrooms, or in the rooms and most of the kitchen appliances. Close to everything. Host served us whenever we needed it. Super recommend!!

The apartment is functional, spacious, with everything you need to have a great stay. There were 2 adults and 2 children, and we were very comfortable. The common area is very nice, the pool is large, with many areas around it to enjoy it in various ways. Finally, Nai is an excellent host, very friendly and available at all times to answer questions. Super recommended!

Very nice place, nice and clean. However, as everywhere, there are points to note, but nothing to worry about too much. I only have two more relevant observations: 1- The sofa bed is uncomfortable (its mattress is very thin and unstable) 2- The single bed that pulls out under the other single bed has broken sides, which makes it very uncomfortable. Finally, the stay is worth it, I recommend it and would return.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The apartment is amazing! It’s just in front of a paradise. We felt really relaxed and we loved the balcony with coconut trees around and blue sea views, the condominium facilities, the beach just a few steps from the apartment and the ocean in front of the pool. Lafayete is warm welcoming and cooperative as a host, helping us with everything (and even more) we asked for. We had a perfect family’s vacation. Hence, we do recommend the Lafayete’s apartment much for guests looking for relaxed vacations, and we ourselves can’t wait to come back soon.

Marucia was super attentive from the moment of the rental. We also helped us with tourist tips. The apartment met the need for lodging well. The structure of the building is very good. We very much like Barra de São Miguel. Beautiful and quiet. I already miss our photos. We'll be back!

The Ana Paula space was an extension of our house. We would enjoy the beaches, have good lunch, and cheap, then it was like "going home". Only with a plus, the great pool. Outside the affectionate pampering that Ana Paula gave us. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back!

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

We stayed with the family for a week. Larger apartment, 3 bedrooms. Very good stay. Fantastic place, very wooded, great pool, especially for kids. Ample parking, great option to enjoy Barra de São Miguel, Praia do Francês nearby and Praia Gunga nearby.
