Condo vacation rentals in Barra de São Miguel

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

We had a great stay. Hostess Aluícia is super nice and helpful. Environment exactly as shown in the photos. Place close to the beach, market, and with several options for restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super sweet and was available all the time for any questions. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. 20 years after coming to Maceió, where I and my family of 4 children love, Fabiano's apt managed to surprise us even coming for the second time and ended up being perfect and fantastic. Wonderful place to rest and at the same time enjoy a super day in the pool, and the children love the toys and the leisure area. Location is too top, close to the main beaches of the south coast, 5 min from Barra de São Miguel beach, 10 min from the beach di Gunga, 12 min from the beach of the French, that is, a great cost benefit. We had a great month at Reginaldo's apartment! As soon as we arrived, the air-conditioning in the double room stopped working and he promptly bought another, quickly resolving the issue. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, with a full kitchen and all the items to spend more time. The condominium is old and is asking for some renovations, but it has a great pool and garden structure, which is very well maintained. Depending on the location, it is best to have your own car to access the beach, supermarkets, etc. I work remotely and the internet worked without problems. It's a great option in Barra de São Miguel!

I made the reservation for my parents, I wasn't with them, but I was solving everything for them. But then host Joziane made it easy for us, always very available and friendly. And then when my parents arrived at the venue, they just kept repeating how amazing the place is and how much they were enjoying. I'm sure they'll come back and plan to be there next time too. We like everything. There was no way not to give 5 stars. The site is close to everything, the runway is very good. The house is very nice and even has a little market inside. Having 2 air conditioned in the flat was perfect, as our son slept in the living room and was extremely comfortable (there are flats in the condominium that not only has 1 air conditioner).
