Our experience was amazing! Vilmerson and Paula are exceptional hosts, extremely attentive and welcoming. The apartment is excellent, comfortable and perfectly met our needs. The location is great, allowing easy access to several beautiful beaches in the region. The stay was wonderful from start to finish. It was 7 amazing days in Alagoas at Iloa Residênce. The place even met expectations and was extremely familiar. I felt safe, courteous staff. I would come back again if I come on vacation in Alagoas next year. the flat is quite complete for a Studio, has several games made available by the owner, has kitchen, beds, everything new.

we stayed at the flat for 6 nights and it really was very good! The flat has everything you can imagine: kitchen equipment such as microwave, airfryer, stove, fridge, sandwich maker and outside there still has barbecue! It offers several games, two tvs, lanterns, bathrobe and even has a wonderful bathtub! We still get two wines and a champagne! We love so much. gustavo is a super attentive and helpful host! The place of the flat is the great one, it is literally steps of a beautiful beach!! Thank you very much gustavo!! Thank you very much!

very good lodging, had a power outage from Saturday to Sunday, the power seems to have stayed only one phase, the air conditioning turned off, only 2 lamps worked, as the apartment is ground floor, we heard the elevator opening and closing the door, it was boring but it was quick, the energy came back and we went back to sleep, it is not the fault of the owner and did not affect the evaluation of the accommodation that continues to be very good.

Accommodation extremely equal to the pictures. All clean, organized, all the same as the listing. very good location, very close to the viewpoint of the gunga, shore of the São Miguel bar. I recommend it.

The place is great. The apartment is studio type, just a bedroom environment with plenty of closet and a countertop and bathroom. We arrived and found everything very clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which is always our biggest requirement, and it was very clean. The pool is great, we don't even have to worry about taking the kids somewhere else. The stay was worth it! I recommend it

The accommodation is exactly as described in the photos, the apartment was extremely clean, especially towels and bed linen. It has everything for a comfortable stay and it is morning sun, which when it comes to the northeast makes a lot of difference, much fresher. Matheus is very polite and receptive, I was afraid to rent on Airbnb, because I used it a short time ago, and he was very patient and gave me all security! Barra Bali is very good, the location, the beach in front is wonderful, I went to a few close to which we were and the one that I liked the most was the one that stands in front of the hotel. Very good condominium, excellent structure, well organized and clean. Polite and helpful staff. Complete and comfortable apartment. Very nice beach, full of fish and clean, good for children because there are no waves. Well located, we didn't even need to take the car out of the garage, restaurants and a market nearby. I highly recommend it!

The stay at Ana and Guilherme's property was excellent. Everything exactly matched the published photos. The space is very organized and has all the amenities to spend days with peace of mind. I went with my baby and they provided a great crib for her. I'll definitely be back more often. Barra Bali is an excellent place to stay in Barra de São Miguel. Strongly recommend.

The condominium where the apartment is located is wonderful, safe and has a complete play area for children. The private beach of the condominium is beautiful, with calm and clean waters, ideal for the little ones. The apartment is true to the photos of the ad, but presents some points that require maintenance, such as the double bedroom panel and the living room floor, which is loosening. In addition, linen and towels are quite worn out. An important point to mention is the charge of an extra energy fee if the daily consumption exceeds the quota stipulated by the host. The payment is requested directly to her account, without going through the platform, which is an irregular practice. I reached out to Airbnb, which confirmed that this type of charge is not allowed. Any additional amount must be included in the nightly rate and cannot be charged separately outside the platform.

The apartment is functional, spacious, with everything you need to have a great stay. There were 2 adults and 2 children, and we were very comfortable. The common area is very nice, the pool is large, with many areas around it to enjoy it in various ways. Finally, Nai is an excellent host, very friendly and available at all times to answer questions. Super recommended!

The past instructions were clear the apartment was clean and well-equipped. the condo is great and safe. Maria Helena answered all questions promptly. The only problem was with the shower in the social bathroom, but Maria Helena was ready to arrange quickly. I look forward to coming back!
