Beautiful location with lots to do nearby, would definitely go back!

The apartment is great for a couple without children. I shared it with a friend, who stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. He didn't complain about the mattress. The apartment is in an excellent location, in a very safe neighborhood and with services of all kinds. There are several useful utensils for everyday life, such as a washing machine, a stove with two burners, an exhaust fan, a good-sized refrigerator, a TV and a microwave. The view in the late afternoon is spectacular for a wine on the balcony in the early evening. I recommend it!

Maria Angelina and Francisco were very nice and accommodating! The view is spectecular and probably THE selling point of thus AirBnB! If you intend ti visita the universidad técnica the location ist perfekt. The historic center is also in walkable distance
