Monthly Rentals in Barnes Pond

We stayed here for about 4 weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday. The home is beautiful and well kept. Thomas was very responsive and had clear instructions on how to handle everything in the home. There were some nice touches like fresh flowers as well. The location is great for a long stay if you want to explore London at a slower pace and live with locals. There are no tourist here which makes it peaceful and really gives you a glimpse of how it is to live in London. It is right next to a M&S and a Sainsbury is about a block over. There are so many cute shops and things to see and do in Barnes, and all of the restaurants serve great food. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite and nice towels and linens were provided. The living room is a nice hang out spot and then you can go and have your privacy in your own space. 10/10, great home, area, and host. You won't be disappointed!

Very conveniently located near the local high street. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Karin was responsive and accommodating to any questions or needs. We felt right home and would definitely come back! Thank you, Karin!! Simon

I stayed at Rebecca's place for a month and I had a great time! The apartment is as described and perfect for one or two people. I felt right at home! The portable stove was very helpful and allowed for some cooking. The neighbourhood of Chiswick is beautifuf and peaceful. The location is also well connected. You can either take the train from Chiswick station to London Waterloo or take the bus to Hammersmith and take the tube. Rebecca is a great host. Always helpful and lovely to talk to! All in all I can only say good about my stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved this space. The neighbourhood is quiet but has everything you need within walking distance. From coffee and pastries to restaurants, bars, groceries and transportation. The space itself is just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were super comfortable (with no shortage of pillows which was much appreciated). The rental guidebook had some very helpful suggestions for places to go, etc. which we loved. 10/10 would recommend. We would love to come back as soon as possible.
