Monthly Rentals in Barnes Pond

We stayed here for about 4 weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday. The home is beautiful and well kept. Thomas was very responsive and had clear instructions on how to handle everything in the home. There were some nice touches like fresh flowers as well. The location is great for a long stay if you want to explore London at a slower pace and live with locals. There are no tourist here which makes it peaceful and really gives you a glimpse of how it is to live in London. It is right next to a M&S and a Sainsbury is about a block over. There are so many cute shops and things to see and do in Barnes, and all of the restaurants serve great food. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite and nice towels and linens were provided. The living room is a nice hang out spot and then you can go and have your privacy in your own space. 10/10, great home, area, and host. You won't be disappointed!

This is our second time at this home, and we really enjoyed our stay! Karin is so easy to communicate with and super flexible! You can beat the location of this apt. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this bright, airy and stylish home. Comfortable beds and sofas, a well equipped and pristine modern kitchen and a great walk-in shower all made for a very enjoyable stay. We loved the peaceful open plan kitchen and living area with floor to ceiling doors looking out to a pretty garden with trees. The location is great too, a short walk to the station or to Barnes village. Everything was beautifully clean on arrival and Sarah’s a lovely and attentive host.

Great, spacious, comfortable home to enjoy time with family and use as a home base to explore London. Very easy walk to wonderful shops on the high street. Hosts were wonderful and accessible to address the few questions we had. Excellent and would highly recommend!
