It is just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, well stocked farm shop as well as a locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Puddleduck Cottage offers a cozy and stylish ecape, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. Super king bed or 2 single beds. Free on-site parking.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. The little seaside cottage is close to all local amenities. just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, 2 minutes into Bridlington town centre and just 5 minutes from the local train station, everything you need is really on your doorstep. Plenty of coastal walks for those keen to explore, close links to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire moors. Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.
