Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

STUNNING VIEWS, especially sunsets. Daily breakfast in the garden is a highlight. The garden is magical and the village is fun to explore. Francois and Maria are gracious and generous hosts. Highly recommended!

Frédérique was attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the area, offering all the comforts. The pool, nice, to cool off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing holiday, thanks to the wonderful garden.

The beautiful stone house in Labastide with its lavender-colored shutters caught our eye at first sight. Thanks to the three seating options in front, you can hike with the sun in the evening and sit outside from aperitif to dessert... It is tastefully and originally decorated and not overloaded. The kitchen has everything you need and you can cook very well there. This is also thanks to the excellent markets in the area. Thanks to the excellent mattresses, we slept great and the street in front of the house is not an issue, there are so few cars. The area around Labastide is highly attractive and we went swimming every day, explored the surrounding villages and were in the caves. Everything is highly recommended. Thank you, Lina, for the attentive hospitality. We will be back!

super nice accommodation, full of charm, very complete, top bedding, the balcony is full of charm, for 2, just the TV is unusable because it's only in German the person who welcomes you is very nice and responsive

Staying in this ancient building with renovated suites was a quintessential Avignon experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the location just off Place de l'Horloge. Vanessa provided clear instructions for check-in and we had no other needs to contact her about during our stay, but I am confident she would have been available and responsive. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean & beautiful, and the open living space was perfect for our 3-night stay. We were so happy to be there on a Saturday so that we could enjoy the street market with local artisans and vendors! :) Would stay here again if ever in Avignon. Loved staying in the old city and finding small cafés on narrow Rues to enjoy Spritzes or a meal or even a morning croissant.

Jeremy was very helpful, super responsive and his place is very clean and spacious. We loved having an air conditioned place and it was walkable to the town center and train station. Only downside is the stairs but I had a pretty heavy checked bag and still managed it just fine. Would definitely come back to stay at this place again anytime I’m in Avignon.

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

2 extraordinary days in a small cocoon, we were under the spell of the very quiet and charming little village as well as the accommodation, nothing to say, everything was perfect. Very nice, very warm, comfortable, well-equipped, very clean, and the little extra that made it a success The complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed in this very nice bathtub. We chose this apartment because of the great reviews and ours will be no different. It's worth looking back as there are lots of useful tips such as how to park close by. The apartment is exactly as described. Clean, tidy and very well appointed. Useful items such as water, butter, tea, coffee etc. all provided. This is an ideal apartment for couples traveling together. 2 double bedrooms both with en suites. The location is perfect, right opposite the Palais des Papes and perfect for a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The square outside is very lively, but noise was not a problem and if you shut the double glazed windows you hear virtually nothing. Harold and Celia are the perfect hosts, helpful, responsive and always there if you need them. Like most of the reviews there are no negatives from our perspective. If you are visiting Avignon this apartment is highly recommended.

Excellent place, very clean, well distributed and nicely renovated department with a lot of utensils and its own private parking spot. Thierry was very proactive, responsive and super kind, he waited for us and showed us the place. The hosts also let us arrive before our check in time.

I would recommend the accommodation, clean, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. I'll come back on my next visit to the area. Thank you.

Very nice apartment with charm near everything there is to visit

A wonderful and memorable stay! The studio is still as charming and pleasant, very well equipped and comfortable. The spring light bathes the space in a beautiful softness, we like to stay and rest there, after a hike or simply to recharge. Véronique and Pascal are perfectly friendly and very attentive hosts. It's a real pleasure to stay with them. The Ardèche Gorges are nearby, as are many hikes, caves and quaint villages. Nia is a gem. We recommend it, and we'll be back. 😉✨

We stayed at Michelle’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at (among probably 20 + places we have rented over the last 40 years). Everything about the experience with Michelle was top notch. She’s so friendly, thoughtful, caring and professional. We needed to contact her a few times during the stay, and she handled every question perfectly and with grace. The apartment’s amenities ticked off all the boxes. We chose it for the proximity to downtown, and were happy to be able to walk easily to all the stores, restaurants, pharmacy, Place aux Herbes, etc. That means a lot, since my husband cannot walk long distances. In addition, we arrived in town at the start of a very nasty cold/flu illness we’d picked up on a cruise a few days before. The apartment was perfectly suited to help us rest and recover. Super nice host who welcomed us, very clean and functional apartment with an atypical location on the water, in short, happiness and Fontaine de Vaucluse is really pretty.

This (too short) stay filled us with happiness. We were first very pleasantly surprised by Marie's attentive and warm welcome, then won over by the comfort of the apartment and the garden (with swimming pool).
