The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Casa Caterina is a magical & mystical time capsule, you will feel enriched by the views and its walls. It will have everything you need to lead a simple, wholesome life while there. The host Caterina couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending her friends’ beautiful restaurant (Buca di Baldabo) as well helping us get the stove going after a glass of wine when we couldn’t understand the screen’s language. We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!
