We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week here with our two dogs! So walk out of the cottage without having to go on a leash. Rest space privacy nature. The cottage was indeed also very clean, which I had already read in the previous reviews. The bedrooms are generous, the kitchen is simple, but everything is available. The thick walls of this authentic cottage kept the inside cool. For people with difficulty walking, this cottage may be less suitable, because you have to go up to the front door via a path on the side of the cottage. In the house everything is on the same floor. The road to the house is bad (to do), which has the advantage that only a car comes by about 1x / day. Yvette and Michel are all warmest. They only speak French, but they have been hosting Dutch guests for years and have been able to make it happen. Their son Bruno also speaks English. By the way, there is wifi now. The price/quality ratio is very good. In short, we highly recommend it!
