Accommodation is located at the foot of the beach and the famous ocean liner "Le Lydia" In the summer we welcome the surfers. At Christmas, the outdoor Christmas market is set up at the foot of our residence The Pic du Canigou is an hour and a half drive away Spain is 40 minutes away The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevators. Welcome to a spacious and generous apartment on two floors of 80 m2. 4-star apartment. Everything from the floor to the kitchen and bathroom was completely renovated in 2023. From the apartment, you can see the sun rise over the Mediterranean, which is only 50 meters away. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from the open terrace or on the glass terrace downstairs. In Canet, you have the beach a few meters away, many good restaurants, a vineyard etc.

Accommodation located on the 1st floor of 1 in a quiet residence with dedicated parking space and large terrace. 100 m from the nearest shops, 2 minutes' walk to the beach. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, large TV with Chromecast. It has a bedroom with a new and very comfortable double bed as well as a dressing room, a sofa bed in the living room. Ideally located and completely refurbished.
