New apartment with the amazing view over the sea and right next to the beach. House is located outside of town in a quiet neighborhood, between pines and plants. It is a great spot if you're looking to relax, enjoy beach, sun and fresh air. Feel free to use traditional stone grill to cook fish which you can get from local fishermen. Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
