In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You can enjoy this beautiful area as well as many activities on site (golf, tennis, paddle) and in the surrounding area. On site, two swimming pools are available from June to September. You can get to the golf course in a few minutes. A children's playground with sand and structure are available. We offer baby amenities such as a crib and high chair.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
