Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. He's a lovely person... he was there to welcome us. He asked me if we needed anything... everything was great. The house is spacious, well connected, with kitchenware and things for breakfast and cooking, well lit and with many windows, with parking and a host who made sure we had everything we needed... a real treat.

The apartment was very well connected and very close to downtown. It's as advertised. Ruth was friendly and attentive. He left us some tea and coffee, and we really appreciated this thoughtful touch. I would repeat it again.

Everything's great at Maribel's apartment. Although it is not in a super central area, there was a metro station very close, so it was easy to get around Madrid. We found everything we needed in the neighborhood. We were very comfortable!!!

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

Well-equipped and clean apartment, equipped with all comforts, a 10-minute walk to the metro stop. Martin, a very helpful host, left us a welcome package with snacks and drinks.... I recommend it

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Mercedes is a woman that everyone respects ,she is very nice . I personally find the communication very fluid and her reaction is quick, for sure if the conditions are met I will experience another time.
