I had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with my 2 young children (1 & 3 years old). We were super comfortable, felt safe, Javier was so responsive and helpful. The Salamanca neighborhood was just what we were looking for. Quiet, residential area conveniently located close to everything we needed. Perfect spot to stay in Madrid! Highly recommend!!

As mentioned in the description, this apartment is someone’s home. It is decorated beautifully and cared for as if they live there year round. The apartment was perfect for our trip because we were traveling with 2 adult daughters. We stayed in the master bedroom and they each had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The location is close to the metro which we rode constantly and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes to grab and drink and relax. This is a perfect apartment if you’re traveling with a family or multiple friends.

Had a really great stay here. The host was super responsive and everything was just as promised. The flat was clean, well organized, and in a perfect location. We were totally happy with the experience and would happily come back.

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. 4 of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you very much to Paola and Ceci for everything.

We were greeted by KANDY's smile, who was always available and responsive. The apartment is as shown in the photos, modern, clean and well-equipped. The residence is quiet and secure, and you have parking, if needed. We chose this place because of its proximity to the airport (5 minutes) because we had an early flight the next morning. We also enjoyed the proximity of the subway station 400 meters away for a short tour of Madrid, in 30 minutes. We will not hesitate to stay in this apartment again on our next trip.

Very cozy place. With access to the subway very close. Good service from the host by message as well as from the one who received us. Very cool with the air conditioning already on for when we arrived with the heat that was in Madrid those days. Great

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very friendly and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It is very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We felt right at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

That's a very silent appartement nearby the plaza las-ventas, it's very great for these people who are very crazy about bullfighting culture, such as me!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Nacho's apartment is spacious, very nice and clean, and the service from the owner was excellent from check-in to check-out. We will keep it in mind for future trips to the Madrid area!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

AAA + Place for vacations

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Laura is by far the friendliest and most helpful host I've found on Airbnb, and that kindness is reflected in the small details in the apartment that make the stay very pleasant. Very attentive to the guest, always offering useful recommendations to make the stay pleasant, he was constantly available to help or simply offer tips about the area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is also very conveniently located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small but very comfortable. Laura has known how to make the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and good bandwidth is required.
