It was my second time in Madrid and there was no question to book Sandra's apartment again for the trip. Sandra is such a nice person, always available, had good hints for hidden spots etc. The apartment could not be better located, is clean as always, private and has all you want to have to. Live in Luxury in the Center of Madrid

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. El edificio es antiguo pero el apartamento está reformado. Muy limpio y ordenado. Las camas son muy cómodas. La ubicación está muy bien porque te permite ir caminado a la Estación de Atocha, al Prado, al Retiro y a muchas otras zonas de interés. Antón responde muy rápido a los mensajes y da instrucciones muy claras. Cuando ya nos habíamos ido nos dimos cuenta que uno de mis hijos se había dejado una cadena y en cuestión de minutos consiguió que nos abrieran la puerta para poder recogerla. Sin duda Antón es un superanfitrión.
