Definitivamente si tengo algún otro invitado a Madrid le recomendaré este Airbnb! Eva es una persona muy cálida y amable. Mi abuela estuvo hospedada por dos semanas y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Como referencia a pesar de ser inicios de junio el Airbnb es de lo más fresca y ventilada. Muchas gracias Eva por la atención y tú hospitalidad. 🫂👏🏻

I had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with my 2 young children (1 & 3 years old). We were super comfortable, felt safe, Javier was so responsive and helpful. The Salamanca neighborhood was just what we were looking for. Quiet, residential area conveniently located close to everything we needed. Perfect spot to stay in Madrid! Highly recommend!!

As mentioned in the description, this apartment is someone’s home. It is decorated beautifully and cared for as if they live there year round. The apartment was perfect for our trip because we were traveling with 2 adult daughters. We stayed in the master bedroom and they each had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The location is close to the metro which we rode constantly and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes to grab and drink and relax. This is a perfect apartment if you’re traveling with a family or multiple friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Madrid! While it’s located outside the city center, the nearby metro station made it incredibly easy and convenient to get to and from central Madrid—perfect for exploring during the day and coming back to a quieter neighborhood at night. The apartment itself is on the first floor, which was a nice bonus—no need to haul luggage up flights of stairs. Unit is made up of 2 levels though so those sleeping in the upper lever bedroom would need to take luggages up but not hard to do. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made this experience special was the host’s warm hospitality. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine, chocolates, and other thoughtful treats that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-connected stay in Madrid!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Alojamiento ideal para ir al IFEMA, son 20 minutos andando. Barrio tranquilo y la casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Laura ha sido super amable y me ha facilitado tanto la llegada un poco antes , como guardarme la maleta hasta que salia mi tren. Muchisimas gracias!

Francisco was a great host, very good communication. It was a wonderful home for my family of 5 with plenty of space. Location is conveniently located next to Retiro park and a couple great restaurants. A big thank you for ensuring there was a pack and play for our baby. :)

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

La location de Mercedes était parfaite pour notre périple d’une semaine sur Madrid. Au bus, nous avons préféré le métro station La Elipa à 10’ de marche ligne 2 ( la plus centrale de la ville ). Nous garderons cette précieuse adresse si nous revenons sur Madrid. Merci Mercedes pour votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité et votre réactivité.

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Laura es con diferencia la host más amable y servicial que he encontrado en Airbnb y esa amabilidad se plasma en los pequeños detalles que están en el apartamento que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Muy pendiente del huésped, ofreciendo siempre recomendaciones útiles para hacer agradable la estancia, estuvo constantemente disponible para ayudar o simplemente ofrecer tips sobre la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia cómoda de varias días, ademas que está muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del edificio se encuentran estaciones de líneas de metro principales y es muy sencillo llegar caminando a lugares emblemáticos como La Almudena, el Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor o Sol. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Laura ha sabido cómo aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La conexión a internet es excelente, en caso que se necesite trabajar y se requiera buen ancho de banda.

Super agradable todo, siempre atenta y preocupada. Lo recomiendo 100%!!
