Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Branka und ihrem Mann zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die beiden sind fantastische Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett! Bei Fragen hatten Sie immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und als der Ofen nicht richtig funktioniert hat, haben Sie direkt einen Neuen bestellt und einbauen lassen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

This little stone house in Ulcinj looks traditional on the outside, but is brand-spanking new and modern on the inside. The setting among olive trees is delightful. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, who were helpful and patient. The center of town is a 15-minute walk from the house, while the old town is another 15 minutes on top of that, while the bus station was a 10-minute, 15-euro ride. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Pour ce qui est du lieu, il faut le voir car c’est au delà de ce que l’on peut s’imaginer lorsque l’on regarde les photos! Le lieu est un véritable coin de paradis. Impossible de se lasser du réveil les pieds dans l’eau avec une vue de rêve! Le bruit des vagues tout en étant dans la piscine est un apaisement total. La literie est excellente ! Une petite plage est juste en bas de la maison. Tout est parfait! Et pour couronner le tout : des hôtes exceptionnels ! Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé a été extrêmement chaleureux ! Adeptes de Airbnb, c’est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons connu! Tatjiana et son mari sont des personnes avec un sens de l’accueil et une gentillesse indescriptible! Nous voyageons avec un bébé et ils nous ont absolument tout facilité. Des hôtes adorables! Si nous mettons 5 étoiles, c’est qu’il n’est pas possible de noter bien mieux ! Un grand merci de nous 3 😊

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunset House, especially the stunning view during the day as well as around sunset. Mehmed was very proactive in communicating. He recommended us a boat trip which was amazing to discover hidden gems around the coast. Although the location is kind of remote and therefore a paradise for everyone who wants to relax privately, you are very well siuated between the cities Stari Bar and Ulcinj. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dzemala's place, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming environment for guests. Modern, clean and decorated with good taste. The location is also fantastic – only the over balcony view is worth millions! What really stood out, though, was Dzemala's family hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions on how to check in and offering local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with an attentive host, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Dieses Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit einem schönem, grossen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt zu viert mit unseren teenage Töchtern. Flutra war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Ulcinj hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Marina har varit väldig vänlig och svarade alltid på våra frågor när någonting dök upp. Huset ligger i en lugn del av Šušanj och det tar endast några få minuter ner till stranden. Allt finns i närheten. Affären är precis rund hörnet och det blir inga ansträngningar att handla hem det som behövs. Vi rekommenderar Marinas boende och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ogólnie mam bardzo dobre wrażenie od pobytu, miejsce znajduje się na górze, więc samochód na pewno nie będzie zbędny, ale nie ma żadnego problemu z zaparkowaniem, polecam😁

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit einer guten Ausstattung. Der Weg dorthin ist spannend, aber die atemberaubende Aussicht ist es wert. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße und Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Natalie and Michael’s place. The penthouse was immaculate and very comforting. It felt just like home. Natalie and Michael were super responsive if we had a question. They made our trip really enjoyable. The location was superb, and Natalie had some great local suggestions and recommendations. The penthouse is located in an ideal location and it’s very easy to get around places. The sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking, as is the scenery around the area. Michael was excellent if we had a question with the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again! Thank you for everything!

Ich hatte einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in Anastasias Wohnung und war sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Ich würde wiederkommen! :)

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Petar et Alex ont été très accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont conseillé beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la ville. Ils possèdent un logement magnifique qui est la réflexion de leur couple.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Nikita’s home was so quaint. We loved the decor so much that my family opted to stay in for a few meals. It was very clean and right in the heart of old town which made it easy to enjoy our days and evenings filled with shopping, site seeing and dining. Such a magical time. We miss Kotor already!
