We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, rustic getaway! The space was full of charm and character, perfectly blending comfort with a cozy, tucked-away vibe. Even though it was close to a main road for convenience, it felt completely private within its small, peaceful community. One of our favorite features was how dog-friendly the property was—our pups loved the access to the water and we appreciated the fenced in yard. It was also great to discover so many nearby dog-friendly restaurants and hiking trails, which made our days out easy and fun. The thoughtful amenities throughout the home really elevated our stay and made everything more comfortable and relaxing. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, charming escape—especially if you’re traveling with a furry friend!

This little cabin was in a gorgeous location! Right next to the snow tubing and not far from grandfather mountain! The views from the hot tub were amazing! Brought our two dogs and they loved it! The patio with the hot tub was fenced in so the dogs were able to hang with us while we were relaxing in the hot tub! Definitely would recommend and plan to come back!

We had a great stay at William's place. it was clean, peaceful and we felt right at home. The grill and hot tub made it a great place to relax, unwind, and cook out after a day out. Would definitely stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Mountain Getaway! We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, well equipped and had every comfort we could ask for. Nestled in a peaceful, scenic neighborhood, the property offered the perfect blend of mountain charm. Heather was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout the home—from cozy blankets and local coffee to recommendations. The views from the deck were stunning, especially at sunrise —perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown Boone, and other nearby attractions. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay near Boone.

The A-frame was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, appreciate the coffee! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. we wished we had time for one more night here to enjoy all the board games!

Cabin was found as described. Enjoyed the hot showers and comfortable bed (king). Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend stay, and wished that the hot tub was under an attached awning to keep the towels dry. Other than that we appreciated the thoughtful touches in the cabin, quiet neighborhood, the deer out back in the mornings, as well as the robin that knocked on sliding glass door for attention. Our family had the absolute best experience staying at Debbie’s incredible cabin this past weekend! We gathered to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday with kids and grandkids, and we truly could not have pulled off such a memorable and successful weekend without this amazing home. The cabin itself is breathtaking — spacious with three floors to spread out, a pool table that kept everyone entertained, tons of board games for family time, and a hot tub overlooking one of the most stunning mountain ranges we've ever seen. Being the very last house at the end of a mountain road made it feel incredibly private and peaceful — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. That kind of seclusion is rare and made all the difference. Everything in the house was in perfect working order — you can tell Debbie takes great care of the property. From start to finish, her communication was fantastic. She was responsive, thoughtful, and quick to take action on anything we needed. 1 MILLION STARS!!!!!!

Matt was an incredible host! We had everything we were looking for and more, When and if we had a request or question Matt made it his mission to respond to the best of his ability. 10/10 experience as far as our accommodations were concerned!

My husband, my 4 year old son and I loved our stay at Louis’s place! The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is great - just a 15–20 minute drive to Boone and even closer to Grandfather Mountain State Park. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, with a view of the woods. I loved the two stories layout, it makes the space feel spacious. The kitchen is very pretty and well-equipped. Very clean!

The location was a perfect peaceful getaway! A comfy and cozy place to come back to after a long day of hiking and exploring the scenery nearby! So sad to leave but excited to be back in the future!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. It was close to so many activities and the kids loved the comfy space at home too. Steve went above and beyond from the second we booked and throughout our stay. I can not say enough good things about him and the house!!!

The views are incredible! A wonderful space for our family getaway. We also loved toddler friendly dishes, toys, and high chair for our 2 year old. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay! We loved the location and the view from the back porch was astonishing. We did notice a decent amount of pet hair all over the house, but otherwise the cabin was clean. Hot tub was a great addition and quite relaxing. Amazing location!

We stayed at this location for 3 nights with a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids). The moment we checked in, we fell in love with the place that was private surrounded by the nature. The sound of the nature and creek was so peaceful throughout our stay. The host went Extra mile and provided access to Internet, DVDs, a lot of games to keep us entertained. We took an advantage of the trail on the property and it was totally worth it. The host really helped us recommend some places near by to visit which was very helpful. The picture doesn’t do the justice of this great property. We’d be back.

We had a fun weekend of hiking and brewery hopping and enjoyed coming back to the cabin each night! This is a small, rustic cabin, in a secluded and private location. The cabin has all of the amenities you could want, including a cook top for making breakfast and a washer/dryer for refreshing those gross hiking clothes. The only improvement that would be a game changer would be a bit more attention paid to the grounds and the walkway down to the fire pit. At night it's pretty much impossible to see without using a lantern, which we unfortunately didn't bring, and the pathway itself could use some weed-eating and maintenance. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Very cozy and peaceful. Close to good food, wine, etc. Steep driveway, but very clean house, well stocked. Owners answered questions fast! Can't wait to come back with more friends.

This was the perfect prelude to our wedding week and a great place to stay for the All Star Race. Host was responsive and the cabin matched all the photos. Great experience.
