Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Banje Beach

Wow. An amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly a unique find. The house itself is no frills and nothing overly special, but it was perfectly adequate. However, you book this place for the location. We spent hours on our private dock relaxing. A few things to note, the inlet you are in is semi private. There are 4 houses, but one of the houses it’s right next door. Like just a few meters. You even share driveway part of the staircase down to the sea. Another family was staying there and they were friendly, quiet, and respectful. But you will interact briefly if it’s also booked as it’s so close. But it’s so wonderfully peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. I was truly in awe staring at the sea everyday. I’ve stayed in many many many airbnbs over the years, but this one was magical.

Our week at the house was idyllic. The views of the cove are stunning and we loved making dinner on the outdoor bbq as the sun set. The private jetty is the highlight and perfect for swims. We also did a few runs around the town and in to the hills - the smell of the pine trees was wonderful. We flew in to Dubrovnik and rented a car at the airport, which we used to do a big food shop at Lidl before taking the ferry to Mljet. The national park on the other side of the island is breath-taking. We hope to come back next year for more R&R. Highly recommend!!

Zlatko was always approachable. We met in the center of vela Luka and drove to the accommodation together. A fruit basket, water, orange juice and milk were provided for us, which was very helpful as we arrived on Sunday evening

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

His parents checked us in since Dino was out of town, but both he and his parents were super nice and easy to talk to! The house is in the perfect location and was super clean and nice. I wish I didn’t have to leave!!

The fisherman's house is magical facing the sea, it allows a real disconnection. We would have stayed a few more days... Warning: difficult access on a stony road for 2 km and a neighbor on the left, nothing disturbing but not specified in the listing.

From greeting to cleanliness ,tidiness, and kindness, everything is more than perfect. All recommendations for a place to stay ! Beautiful views,large comfortable apartment, clean and tidy,equipped with everything you need. Proximity to the city ,accessible to feet and parking immediately to the apartment! We two couples spent 3 wonderful nights at Vladimir's amazing home in Hvar. The house itself is beautiful, spacious and luxuriously appointed. We wish we had even more time to spend on the 2 long-narrow balconies: one off the kitchen facing a charming narrow pedestrian-only street and the other off the first 2nd floor bedroom facing the harbor. One could sit for hours on that second balcony at night watching the sunset, the activity in the harbor (from pure calm & quiet with no boats to an evening of giant anchored yachts with boisterous parties and crowds of people enjoying the balmy air and people watching) -- and glancing up at the Hvar cliffside fortress. The house is right in the middle of things, but set back a short block and completely soundproof with the windows shut. Vladmir is a super responsive host (and local), always available and even going out of his way to help with reservations at popular restaurant. A truly magical place.

We had a great time staying here which made our trip to Hvar even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and only 15 min walk from the centre. There was also an amazing beach walking distance from the apartment which was great! Ante was a great host - very responsive and he offered to pick up our luggage from the port and bring it to the apartment as well as drive us from and to the port. Highly recommend!

Tonka's house is memorable for its cozy interior and beautiful terrace view. It's very close to the fortress, and while the stairs are steep and carrying luggage can be challenging, the view makes it worthwhile. Thanks to the friendly communication and helpful explanations, we had a great time swimming in the Hvar sea and enjoying the surroundings.

Had an amazing 3 night stay here! It’s a very nice place for 2 ppl looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Hvar. Hosts were amazing and responsive. Left a booklet of recommendations, and tons of info. It is a slightly uphill walk from the port but so is everything in Hvar so it’s ok. Everything was clean and I would stay again!

This apartment has the most amazing view of the port area. Bars, clubs and restaurants are all within a few minute walk. The apartment is super easy to find with a few flights of stairs to climb. Easy to get to and easy to get your bags up to the apartment and inside. If you’re looking for a great place with an incredible view for a great price this is it! Thank you Nina!! I will be back:)

We were pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the pictures. Great location about 1km from the city center with nice beaches just a 2 minute walk away. Grocery store just around the corner as well. Very clean place and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive to messages. Only issue is the wifi was very weak in the bedroom, but for such a short stay it was the least of our issues. Would highly recommend.

Loved our 3 night stay at Elica’s place. The apartment was super clean, had all you could possibly need for a great stay. Elica was easy to communicate with, quick response. Really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at apartment on departure date as we had late ferry to catch. Would highly recommend this place.

The house is fantastic. We enjoyed the barbecue and sunset walks along the promenade to the center of Hvar, which is nearby. The house was spotless, the furniture and kitchen in perfect condition. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. Pjer is very friendly and responds quickly if you have any questions.

Super friendly and helpful host, spotless clean apartment in a silent area but close to everything (shops, restaurants, downtown, beach). Private parking place was really comfortable. Absolutelly recommended!

We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

I hardly dare to leave such a good review, otherwise the likelihood that the place is fully booked the next time we want to come 🙈 The 4 weeks in Luka's apartment were really super nice! The apartment is very nice, the location is great and Luka is a very accommodating host! There was even a welcome treat for our dog who really enjoyed the floor heating in the kitchen 😊 We will definitely be happy to come back! PS: the wifi is even much faster than Luka says.

We loved our stay! The standalone house is near the beach, though we mostly visited others nearby. The two bedrooms were great—one with twin beds and a sea view, the other with a king bed facing a peaceful garden. The place was spotless and well-equipped with a washer, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen. We especially enjoyed the two terraces—one sunny with a sea view and the other shady overlooking the garden. The hosts were amazing, especially during the hurricane. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thank you!

We had a superb stay in Anamairija’s apartment. The apartment was much more than our expectations; it was perfect in every way. It was very clean, and felt like a 5 star hotel standard. It also had everything we needed. We all felt it was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Sunset on the balcony was amazing. Anamarija was a super host, makes you feel so welcome, she is a lovely person. She was very informative about the island, and gave us excellent recommendations where to eat. We were also traveling with a 9 month old baby and she helped cater for our needs. We would all definitely recommend this accommodation and the island of Hvar too
