Great stay, would happily return! We loved our stay in this apartment and didn’t want to leave. It’s a great size and fully equipped for a long-term stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and a washing machine. The location is very convenient—there’s a convenience store right outside the building, and plenty of restaurants, rooftop bars, and a large mall within a 10-minute walk. The building also offers an hourly shuttle service to the mall, which was really handy. The views over Bangkok from the apartment are amazing. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need and was never too busy. Tony was a great host, meeting us on arrival to go through everything and staying responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Probably the best bargain condo in all of Bangkok. Many Sukhumvit airbnbs today (Siam --> Ekkamai) I think are very overpriced. But this location near Bang Chak BTS is very accessible to central Bangkok and even if you don't go there, there is good shopping just one station away in both directions (On Nut Lotus, Punnawithi True Digital mall). The condo is good for one person or a couple. 150 meters away from main road so quiet at night. 711 right next door.
