Waan & Phil have a fabulous property here. Clean, peaceful and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. Waan & Phil are very responsive and are very experienced hosts. Their instructions are precise and they have thought of so many little touches that make staying here so homely.

Mong is a great host, and this home is a great value, pretty much as advertised. My special parking needs were well met, and felt comfortable and at home in this lovely garden home.

A reasonable unit amidst a green patch, about 10-15 min walk from Fai Chai MRT (subway) station. The unit has all amenities (large enough bed, AC in bed and living rooms, reasonably hot shower, water filter on separate tap, kettle, microwave oven, foldable/expandable desk to eat/work, large TV with local channels – checkout NBT for English news at 9.30pm, sofa, wardrobe, small refrigerator, herbal tea packs, Nespresso coffee machine/sachets) to cater for two people. The welcome fruit basket (mangoes, oranges) and water bottles are a life saver after a long flight. The caretakers are friendly, always smiling. with cats and a dog around in the compound with a koi pond and greenery. The walk to MRT and nearby street for food, gives a sort of experience of the local life in its raw form. Although Bangkok Noi is away from tourist spots, we enjoyed the MRT and BTS rides, as you can sample city life. Just accept the experience as it is. We ate mostly from food courts in malls in Siam area.

Beautiful little house , typical but at the same time modern , with a lot of equipment , it feels like home! Wanree is a very friendly host who has covered us with little touches! The house is very well located , in a very lively but quiet neighborhood, perfect for living the real Bangkok. We recommend it!

Beautifully relaxing little private cabin in a very peaceful garden! Perfect for anyone wanting to chill. Very friendly host with two lovely dogs and a very nice cafe on site :).
