Very nice house close to the center of Bangkok. Definitely recommend it

Nice house especially if you come with a group. Close to MRT. I enjoyed staying here, slept well and easy to find food. The weakness is only lack of essentials such as water, basic cooking ingredients, and laundry detergent.

The feeling of the B&B is good, a very pleasant stay, the layout of the room is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are fully equipped, the hygiene is meticulous and tidy, and I am very satisfied with the stay!

Clean and nice to stay again

My recent stay at this enchanting countryside Airbnb in Thailand was nothing short of delightful. Nestled amidst lush mango and banana trees, the property offered every modern convenience, from reliable Wi-Fi and electricity to efficient air conditioning. The accommodations were pristine, and the hosts’ hospitality was exceptional. We were charmed by their friendly dogs, enjoyed fresh fruit from the trees, and even had the use of a scooter. Each morning, they graciously provided delicious noodles from a local shop, and communication was seamless throughout. A truly memorable experience! Thank you Paul!

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

We appreciated resting here at this stay. The location was very central and walkable to highlight areas. Nearby restaurants provided good priced meals. Easy to check in and felt safe. I will add that nearby houses and homes were falling apart, but that didn’t bother us and the quality of the stay was good and felt authentic. The place was clean and as described. One room was open to the outside near the roof so AC needed to be run throughout the day. Each room did have its own unit as well as downstairs. Water was provided with bottles to be refilled with a filter and was safe to drink. *of note there were security cameras on the balcony and on the stairs to the second floor which felt off-putting. But we quickly forgot about them. Overall we appreciate the authentic Thai home, it was clean and as described. The host was wonderful and provided recommendations and easy access to the Airbnb self check in. The location was one of the highlights, very walkable and central.

Perfect getaway!Dream villa far exceeded expectations🏠 The Airbnb villa we stayed at was simply the highlight of our trip!From the moment you step into the courtyard, you'll be amazed by the carefully designed environment - an intimate pool surrounded by greenery, a sun-drenched terrace, artistic interior, and every detail highlights the host's taste and dedication. The kitchen is equipped with high-end kitchenware, so we can enjoy cooking at home; the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom are beautiful, the feeling of being naturally awakened in the early morning is too cured; the sanitary condition is also impeccable, the bed is soft and fresh, and the bathroom towels are fluffy and clean like a five-star hotel. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, sent a detailed check-in guide in advance, and recommended the surrounding niche spots and authentic restaurants, the location was ideal, and it was both quiet and not far from downtown. If suggestions were to be made... presumably "stay to not want to go"!Already agreed with friends to come back next year, thank you hosts for making such great memories for us!✨

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, they were very kind to allow us an early check in The place was perfect for us , we were two Indian families with kids , the pools the toys and the bunk bed were our kids fav things , they loved it. The place is centrally located and yet very peaceful , we could cook what we want and it was great. Overall great stay and want to thank hosts for doing everything to make the stay comfortable

They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Recommended for large families. Good location in the center of the city. Close to BigC. Walking distance to BTS, but may be a little far. The swimming pool is very long, but not suitable for small children. The pool is deep, minus cleanliness points around the house, in front of the house and storage room.

We had such a great time at Prinsiri’s villa! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures and description—no surprises at all. Prinsiri was amazing, always quick to respond and really helpful with a few things during our stay. You can tell she’s a thoughtful and proactive host. Even she prepared fruits and foods during our stay. Highly recommend staying here—the villa is wonderful! Would love to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at punntara, a villa with 8 of us, the room was big and characterful.The aunts at the front desk were also very nice and solved our problems at all times.There are 24 hour boats in and out of the hotel every day and the hotel is close behind the pier.The environment is good, rich in green plants, and belongs to a quiet part of Bangkok.It is about seven or eight kilometers from the city, a little far, but suitable for tourists who like tranquility.
