Words will fall short of how tastefully the property was done, from the structure to the interiors. The place was so clean and peaceful. The Jacuzzi and Projector set up was a very nice touch. My fur babies had an amazing time chasing each other in the beautifully spacious and green garden. Food included was yummy as well. The location of the property itself is so serene, letting you reconnect with the nature. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely to all family and friends.

I stay at this place for wonderful host, good rooms maintained daily. This one is on the third floor, with an open terrace in the front, very good feeling during the stay. Only with government / local municipality wakes up to make the roads better. Will want to go again. Thank you.

Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! Abdul is a truly amazing host! The pool was well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless and beautifully kept. It’s located in a very private, quiet area with absolutely no disturbances—perfect for a peaceful getaway. He even had snacks ready for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially for those who might want something late at night. Before leaving, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable. He was very proactive and quick to respond to any queries. Overall, Abdul is a genuinely wonderful host. Everyone should experience a stay here — both the property and the host are top-notch!

This beautiful villa feels like home, the moment I entered i could feel the warmth also the ambience, amenities and specially they have a well equipped kitchen i made some yummy dinner for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa 19 by kiwistays. The moment i saw that bathtub i was so excited and happy to use it and i did!!! I loved each and every corner of this house.

The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It came equipped with a reliable WiFi connection and a TV preloaded with popular OTT platforms, ensuring great entertainment options. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato cater to this area, and it’s easy to get cabs as well. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, located at the nearby Clubhouse, are just a short walk away and add to the relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay at this property for a close friends’ reunion. From the moment we arrived and met at the house, everything felt perfect. The space was exactly what we needed—comfortable, spacious, and full of great amenities. We especially enjoyed the home theatre and the private pool on the terrace, which made our time together even more special. The host and staff were incredibly generous and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The place has an excellent view and home is beautifully built and maintained. Loved the fact it had a pool table as well. The view from the bedrooms overseeing the golf course was the highlight. The caretaker, Laxmikanth was helpful and very attentive. The host, Reyan, kept communication channels open always, was warm and available to respond to questions. The walking proximity to the Clover green resort which has an amazing restaurant and day activities was the icing on the cake. Overall, we had a great stay.
