The Hideaway.. large luxury granite house

BrianRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

Thank you to Vivienne for allowing us to stay in her beautiful house. It was exactly what we needed after 2 very busy days. The hot tub went down an absolute treat. The scenery surrounding the place was incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Garden Glamping Studio with deck & panoramic view

TicianaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Thank you for your lovely space! The selling point really was the view and garden which was so much more tranquil in person. We were lucky that the house was empty so we had the space to ourselves. We enjoyed using the BBQ to make our Christmas dinner and although there was a limited kitchen space, it really was functional enough for the week we stayed. Highly recommend the Hot Tub purchase and a read of her book!!

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

Sweetheart Cottage with indoor hot tub

This was our first visit to the Highlands. Our stay at Sweetheart Cottage was exceptional. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and Elizabeth was a very helpful and responsive host. The hot tub is inside a beautifully decorated “Love Shack” which made it so usable regardless of the weather. The location is simply stunning and so peaceful. I would highly recommend Sweetheart cottage. Thank you Lizzy and Brent for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Viewfield Gardens. Colin’s house is extremely well equipped, 2 receptions rooms, plus conservatory and a spacious kitchen diner! The bathroom was fab with a great shower! The house was spotlessly clean. It was a relaxing and welcoming place to come home to having explored the delights of Aberdeen. There is also a very pretty park within a minute’s walk! Communication with Colin was great! Lots of info before arrival - Thank you!

Our recent stay at Begona's 2nd-floor Airbnb flat in Aberdeen was excellent. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in the heart of Cullen! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its quirky vintage decor, which gives the property so much character and warmth. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the unique furnishings to the lovely touches of coastal inspired decor throughout. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from local shops, cafes, and the stunning coastline, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this delightful cottage to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish retreat with fantastic amenities and a prime location. A perfect stay!

I went with 12 family members and pictures don’t do justice to this fantastic spot! Absolutely would recommend to everyone. Very peaceful surroundings so many things to do inside and outside the lodge. Alan was really really helpful answered pretty much straightaway to every message I sent. Not a single cobweb in sight around the whole lodge and this place is huge! All the facilities and amenities you need are located within the house.

Forglen Estate -Garden Cottage

AngieRating, 5 stars16 months ago
We did get a little lost once we entered the estate as there was roads forking in two directions but a quick call to Gill had us back on track. Beware of the track leading up to Garden Cottage as there are a lot of pot holes. It was all worth it once we got to the cottage though. The cottage was clean and spacious with a lovely log fire that we took advantage of everyday. Plenty walks around the estate, pity we couldn't walk up to Forglen House but you get pretty views from the river.
