Pacific Panorama - 5 bedrooms + loft

Great views with lots of bedrooms (5 plus loft) make this a great vacation home. It is quite easy access for those who don't want to do a lot of stairs, only requiring a few to get into the house, then it is all but the loft on the same level. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the living, kitchen, dining, loft, deck and master bedroom. House layout: The front door leads stright through to the living /dining area, or left to the kitchen, all of which have wonderful views. There is a large screen smart TV with cable. The kitchen is open to the other living areas, and a deck is just off the dining room. Above the living area is a sleeping loft with 2 twinbeds. Off the living area is a queen bedroom, with a bathroom that is also shared by the living spaces. Down the hall is another queen bedroom, which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the large master bedroom with a king bed. Off the hallway and past the laundry room is a small family room with another TV. from there you can access another full bath and two more queen bedrooms. The family room has a fold down Eurostyle sleeper. There is a separate entrance to the family room area as well, and a peekaboo view of the ocean. Our private beach accessis just down a path then a sandy hill. Public beach access is about 1/2 mile away. Sometimes there is no creek directly in front of our access, and sometimes there is, based on winter storms. The creek is usually shallow in the summer, and a great place for kids to play farther away from the bigger surf. It's a very quiet area, with lovely views. You will need a car, and there is plenty of parking available. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 4 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 20 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Courseis a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150. It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses. Our guests can enjoy golf at Bandon Crossings Golf Course at the favorable Crossings Club rates, including a cart.

You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

The Challoner Casa is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home with a beautiful fenced backyard. It is located 1 mile south of Old Town Bandon and 1.5 miles to the beach. The home has a warmer, private setting with only one neighbor to the south yet is situated mere minutes to town and Bandon’s beautiful beaches. The home is wheel chair accessible but the ramp is not to ADA standards. Challoner Casa has a large paved and gravel parking space for family that have RV’s, camp trailers or boats.
