Monthly Rentals in Balneário Gaivota

The place is great for those looking for peace of mind. A few blocks from the beach ( we were walking) and one block from the lagoon. There are not many shopping options nearby, although there is a small food place in the lagoon and a market two blocks away. The arrival due route has a small stretch of ripio although when we were they were fixing it so it was in good order. Alan was always hanging and attentive to what we needed.

Great stay, well airy, very well located. Hoston Patrik served us promptly and was very helpful and polite. What caught our attention the most in the stay was the cleanliness and organization. Everything is extremely sanitized, and the internet is great :). We'll come back.

The cabin is very cozy and worth every penny. It is very close to the beach, which is also beautiful. It's so close you can sleep listening to the waves of the sea. I stayed 2 months with 2 people and 3 pets. Andressa welcomed us very warmly and was very friendly. The cabin is large, it fits a lot of people comfortably. It has a beautiful garden, where the Hosts take care of daily, and with great affection. It also has everything you need to live. I only took the clothes I was wearing. The area is very beautiful and worth visiting. And the neighborhood is also super cozy and quiet, perfect for resting.
