Vacation rentals with beach access in Balneário Gaivota

Dona Silvia was very helpful and attentive to us, from fruit and water to beach chairs and umbrellas, she welcomed us. Great location and central, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, etc. We'll definitely be back.

We very much like the stay at Daniel's place. We chose to go out of season, to really rest. Calm location, with a beautiful view. Everything was clean. Daniel always very polite and willing to help whenever we requested. We'll be back for sure!

Without any kind of complications. Only that the parking around the corner from the apartment was in the best conditions. Grass and weeds at the entrance, very long and the gate is hard to move.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bia's apartment. Well located, clean and close to the main sights of Torres. Bia is a great host, polite and friendly. I highly recommend it.

We loved the house, it had everything, very clean, and comfortable. Communication with Edineia always fast and flexible . Friendly neighborhoods, has a nearby market that has everything and a wonderful restaurant with lots of variety and great price. The beach is truly a paradise.

Zilda was an excellent hostess, always responding quickly and kindly. The house is wonderful, comfortable and well equipped. The area is quiet and close to the beach, great for going with the family and children.

We felt very comfortable at Hélio's house. A very clean and comfortable environment to rest. In addition to linens, cookware, appliances, etc., we found basic groceries to prepare meals without having to go to the market quickly. The house had the essentials for the first days of the stay. Hélio was always available to give us advice on places to eat and answer any questions we had. A very friendly and helpful person. He put his trust in us and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood (Praia Paraíso) is a very quiet and family-friendly place. The beach is very nice, as is the sea. You can practically walk along the coast to all the nearby beaches. A heavenly place. .

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

Rúbia welcomed us very warmly. Check-in was flexible, we arrived at the house around 12:30 p.m. and check-in was at 3:00 p.m. The house is as shown in the photos, simple but very cozy. It has all the basic utensils. When we went there was no salt and sugar. All rooms have ceiling fans, in our experience, it was enough. It has a large patio and indoor parking. The house has a great location, it's two blocks from the beach. It's a beautiful, less crowded beach, but it has lifeguards. It is around 10 km from Praia Grande/Praia da Guarita. There's a little market very close to the house.

Hello The days at the house of the were divine. Beautiful and cozy place to rest and enjoy the beach and the sun. The beach is not bustling so you can have privacy at all. The perfect place for beach games, seaside walks, fishing or just sit back and relax to see the sea. The house, very complete everything working, impeccable cleaning, facilities and structure perfect for those after beach hangover days, as it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, tv with various channels and streaming, good internet connection, etc. It has all the necessary household utensils, pots, dishes, glasses to the battery wine opener (I missed some crystal glasses for the wine😊), all working. Very good barbecue with skewers and grills. The Jacuzzi was delicious, to relax and drink wine by listening to the sea. Alessandra always ready to answer questions and help. Anyway the house is better than what appears in the pictures, the energy of the place is very good. for sure we will come back.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

Tatiana's apartment is exactly like the pictures. It has a great location, 1 block from the beach; very close to the center and to markets. We feel well trimmed in all aspects, as the apartment despite being compact has everything, including chairs and umbrella. It is well ventilated, has a ventilator in the living room and has air conditioning in the bedroom that is upstairs, which made it very easy on hot days. We were 2 people in the apartment and the experience was very good. Communication was easy and Tatiana was very dear and helpful. We'll be back for sure

We had wonderful days with the family, the apartment is super well located, facing the sea, very clean and organized. The reception of Mrs. Dete was unique, always very attentive and helpful. The beach is calm, clean and quiet, great for going with children. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

Lovely apartment, much nicer than the pictures. It had all the amenities and more. The area is great, close to the beach, restaurants and mini markets. If we go back to Torres, it will definitely be to this apartment!

Great stay. Super friendly and helpful hamlet. The very cozy apartment, space and comfortable. but I think an extra air conditioning in the apartment or suite would help to relieve the heat, as it was a little muffled by the sun that was taking the building all day. The city has fans but I believe an air conditioner would be better. Other than that, everything is a 10. Quiet environment, great location close to the gas station and market, place in mind. Gratitude for the stay and kindness I hope to return.

We had a great stay, an extremely clean house and all organized , attentive host, answered all doubts and always willing if necessary.
