Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Balma

The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

What is shown in the photos has nothing to do with what you will discover. It was really perfect, to better understand I recommend this place for those looking for peace and quiet.

Beautiful accommodation very pleasant and well-equipped. We felt very good and took the opportunity to take decor inspirations for our home;) We really enjoyed the range of hours as well as Sonia's responsiveness. Only regret: having only been able to stay for one night! But we'll be happy to come back. Thanks!

Very pleasant quiet stay

Dominique's place is sublime! We had a lovely time there for our daughter's birthday with the family. The spaces are pleasant to live in and well decorated. Dominique is very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this peaceful retreat near Toulouse!

We loved this place - it’s out in nature and very calm and peaceful but within easy reach of Toulouse as well as several local villages with great bakeries and butchers. The owner was away but his sister and her family made us very welcome. We were unlucky with the weather but we lit the fire and got cosy and made the most of the fabulous pool house - what a luxury! We hope to return here in the future, we made some errors such as closing all the windows in the pool house but the family were very nice about it. Highly recommend.

The small cottage is consistent with the listing and very quiet. Nice decor. Small code problem with the key box but the owner was very responsive. The stay went very well. Thank you!

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

Good spot for a few days. Close to the center and along the way of a kind of "commercial street", so lots of restaurants and other services within a short walk. The apartment is nicely renovated, although it is in an old building. Which comes with some aspects to be aware of, like 2 flights of a bit wonky stairs and the fact that the toilet is in completely different part of the flat than the rest of the bathroom. On a positive side, due to them old thick walls, it was very quiet. No noise from the streets or neighbours that could be heard inside. Not big deals for me, overall I enjoyed my stay.

Christine's place was great. Very clean and comfortable. Nice combination of old Toulouse and modern touches. Very quiet. Neighborhood very much a part of downtown, close to shops, restaurants, attractions. The terrace looked wonderful - unfortunately the weather during my stay didn't cooperate. Christine and her husband were very responsive and helpful. I would stay gain.

My son and I had a great time in Toulouse thanks to Catherine's apartment! The location is great in the beautiful neighborhood of Les Carmes. Quiet and peaceful during the night, very comfortable! Thanks for everything!

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is peaceful, easy to access and free. Away from the city center but access in 10 minutes thanks to the city bike terminals close to the apartment (bus access also). Shops and good restaurants nearby. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. Thanks a lot 😊

We enjoyed the apartment as it provided all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. The decorations are bright and colorful which adds a spark to the apartment. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare all types of culinary experiences. There were numerous electrical appliances available that we do not use during our 12 day stay. The location provides a short walk to the Capitol area and multiple restaurants, stores and markets. A 15 minute walk takes you to almost any of the churches and historical sites within the old city. Having electronic controlled entrance, elevator that needs a fob to operate, we felt secure during our stay. The owners were accessible and easy to contact.

A very satisfying first experience for us with a top-notch host who knew how to advise us and be attentive! Really a wonderful experience and a great welcome. The place is great with the tram right next door to get around, I would recommend it! Once again, thank you for everything 🙏

If you want to have a great stay in Toulouse ,we recommend Christiane and Alain's apartment without hesitation. The neighborhood is very quiet , the accommodation is perfect, very clean and well-equipped ,very pleasant in every way. The bus line around the corner is a plus to get to Place du Capitole and get around Toulouse. A top address and very responsive hosts.

The accommodation is large and well equipped, everything for cooking, what it takes for children (umbrella beds, games, bed gate etc., really appreciated. Also very quiet. Close to Gaillac, we moved around easily. The space was clean. Only downside for us, the extra rate for the sheets that seemed high to me, and an additional charge to arrive earlier or leave later, optional. We decided not to take these options. It didn't impact our stay though, we had a nice weekend.

Very short but pleasant stay. We didn't enjoy the house much, because weekend with friends and we wanted to enjoy outside. The house was enough for our needs and it was perfect, a calm and soothing place for those looking for tranquility. This is not a place to party. Yannick is really nice, responsive on the phone and was good tips for visiting Toulouse.

We spent 10 very nice days in Marc's beautiful and large house which is conducive to rest. Marc and Reine-Marie are welcoming and responsive hosts. I recommend it for relaxing in the Toulouse area!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing time at the house. The beatiful outside area and pool were a highlight. We also enjoyed the cinema room. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was so hot. It is a very quiet village and amenities are a short drive away. We were really impressed with how responsive the host was.

A perfectly renovated and furnished house by Etienne, a peaceful and quiet environment, the immediate proximity to the railway is in no way inconvenient, the frequency of trains being relatively low. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen very well furnished and spacious, the bedrooms pleasant. In short, we had a very successful family weekend.

Very nice house, really very well-equipped. Nadine is available, very responsive, smiling and kind. The mattresses are very comfortable. I highly recommend Nadine's place. Plus, the presence of the cat makes you feel at home. ☺️
