great place to disconnect from the big city and close to Tolouse. The apartment is bright and airy, has everything and being able to make coffee in the garden is a treat, and what has been and credible have been the walks on the lake that is just a stone's throw from the apartment. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place!! Well renovated and with a description that represents the home very well! Beautiful neighborhood. Small points to improve but which do not change my satisfaction. Emails in 4 different languages end up confusing us instead of guiding us. The code provided didn't work so we had to use the "emergency" key. The air conditioning wasn't working. Looking forward to it and thanks for everything!!!

The apartment is as described, it is 15 minutes from the center. The terrace is a plus because there is no opposite and quiet. All in a very secure residence, parking is appreciated as well. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage in the accommodation. i would recommend it without hesitation!!

We had a great refreshing stay. Laurent and Elisabeth were super welcoming and warm. They created a beautiful relaxing and very beautiful space. We'll talk about it around us. Thanks again, both of you.

Very good, modern, equipped, quiet and clean accommodation with very clear instructions. The air conditioning is a real plus in hot weather. Surprised to have to pay an extra 20 Euros to be able to access the accommodation 2 hours before the time proposed in the listing.

We had a great time with the family in this large, bright and very well-equipped house. The children greatly appreciated the toys on site! Small downside: the veranda could do with a clean. Otherwise, it's almost perfect! Thanks for your hospitality. 👍

Visiting with our family and 2 children, for a weekend bike ride along the banks of the Canal du Midi. Luis offered to park the bikes in the garage to keep them safe. The accommodation has been renovated with great taste and perfect practicality! Thank you very much, I highly recommend it!

Pefect and beautiful place! 8 of us (4 couples) visited Toulouse to attend a friend’s wedding. This house has 3 bedrooms(1 bedroom with shower & toilet, 2 bedroom, 1 shower, 1 toilet) in the main house and 1 bedroom with shower & toilet in a separate guest house. It was perfect for all of us. Everything was clean and comfortable, beautiful garden, safe and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket and restaurants are in 15min walk. The house was so cozy that we all felt like we were visiting our French parents’ house(though we dont have one). Sending love and gratitude to Anne and Patrick and their beloved cat Fado!

In Toulouse for a wedding, we were 2 couples with two children for 3 bedrooms, perfect for a stay. Clean and useful accommodation, nice terrace. Very responsive owner, great information, I would recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona's home! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fiona was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, yet just 10 minutes from the metro and shops – the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. I would recommend this place, we were hosted very well step by step remotely. Thanks to Sandrine and Alex

We had a wonderful stay at Lynda’s apartment. The location was ideal for accessing from airport then getting out for day trips via train/bus station. It is a bustling part of town, a stone’s throw from a boulangerie and carrefour, some nice bars, then a few more minutes to Victor Hugo and Capitol. Loved Toulouse, very cool vibe. But also loved chilling at the apartment, picking up bits for dinner then sitting eating and drinking on the balcony whilst playing card games was ideal. Great that the place had air con and cooking facilities. Lynda’s communication was excellent before the trip and throughout, she provided some excellent recommendations and we went to them all! Also had a lovely day trip out to Carcassonne. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lynda!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.

Apartment in a very good location. Very clean in a new luxury residence. The terrace is very pleasant and quiet. Close to Toulouse 1 University, everything is done on foot, ideally along the banks.
