Welcome to my cozy 50 sqm “tiny” house, located in a quiet and green area. The house was built in 2024, so the furniture and interior are not 100% finished yet. The photos will be updated continuously. The house is fully equipped with all practical amenities and can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the sun.

This space is part of the basement of a large villa, where only the upper floor is inhabited by a family, who will be your host. This space features a large double bed bedroom, a small but complete kitchen as well as a WC separated from the shower. The access to this space is via a private and quiet garden only, available solely for the guests, and with BBQ/outdoor seating. The street is not busy and has free parking. The S-train station serving the city center can be accessed by a 10min walk.

Nice little house only 15 min from Copenhagen center. Only 15 min walk from nearest trainstation and only 2 min from nearest busline and grossorystore. The house has 3 bedrooms with beds for 6 quests. The house has at big livingroom and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. There a garage for your car. It is possible to charge electric vehicles at the house(please inform me in advance if needed).
