Monthly Rentals in Ballard, Seattle

My fiancé and I loved staying at Austin’s place. Even though it is a garden level apartment it was so full of light and beautiful. The design and furnishing of the apartment was beautiful and made for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and he provided a heater and a fan in the bedroom, which was much appreciated. The shower was hot with great water pressure was well. Having a full size washer and dryer was also very handy, we enjoyed packing our suitcases to go home with clean clothes. We wanted to stay in Ballard because of the walkability and distance to family and the apartment is in a great neighborhood with plenty of street parking even when it’s busy. Definitely would stay again!

Sean has a cozy little place for two in a nice part of Seattle. It's what I would call a "studio home" with all the amenities that one would need for a short stay. Sean has maintained it well and it was clean as a whistle. More importantly, Sean is a very friendly and responsive host, who lives next door with his wonderful fiancé and two friendly, well-behaved dogs—who made no noise during the entire week we were there. My wife and I loved our stay and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Seattle suburbs.

This was the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. The apt was very zen and cozy. The extras like a robe, socks, multiple ways to make coffee were but a few of the things that made this place like my home away from home. The bed was super comfortable. Shannon also had lots of ideas about things to do in the area. Shannon was also very responsive when I had questions. 😊💜

Absolutely recommend staying at Peter's place! The location can not be beat. It felt safe and quiet. Beautiful outdoor space and surroundings. Close to parks and dining. The interior was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. 5 stars :)
