Vacation rentals with beach access in Ballard, Seattle

My fiance and I have always wanted to visit Seattle. When we came across Aaron's Airbnb, we fell in love. The pictures on their page is exactly how it is in person. The view of the water was beautiful. Even though the property is shared with others, I never bumped into anyone and it was very private. Definitely would book again!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was close to the ferries and the bus. I definitely will let others know about this place and would use it again should I come back to Seattle.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for looking after us x

Private, relaxing, peaceful, natural beauty,easy to navigate surrounding areas. Look for a land mark for driveway, not easy to find the right driveway. Local restaurants more for afternoon and evening dining, most places open at 11. If you are looking to be unplugged and get into natural landscapes this is the place. Was a perfect anniversary getaway. We will stay here again, THANKS Jonathan

Wonderful little oasis. Very comfortable and fully stock kitchen everything you needed to cook a nice home cooked dinner. Make sure you are home to catch a sunset absolutely stunning. Hosts very responsive.

Location, location, location… This place is perfect for what I'm looking for when staying in West Seattle. Close to the beaches, close to fabulous restaurants, close to everything you need. Jay is an extremely friendly host and willing to help. Place has everything you need inside..only exception would be creamer for my coffee. What a beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, what a fun place...we had a really great time staying here.

This home was a great getaway for a girls weekend! The home is older, but clean, well-maintained, and cozy! We loved the hot tub that overlooks the water, and hanging out on the couch with a cozy blanket (they provide a bunch!). The location is 10 minutes from the ferry and local shops/coffee which was fine, and then just a little further to venture to Bainbridge and Silverdale. It was quiet and super private. Took a minute to figure out the heating, but then it worked out fine. Thanks so much!

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

This Airbnb is a lovely place to stay. The view is special. Vashon, Bainbridge, and other islands are right before you with the Olympics behind them. The mountains are often within view, and if the sky is perfectly clear it’s a sight to behold as their snow-capped tops become easy to see. The home’s expansive view lays upon the rich greenery of the land below the home. The view is in sight from multiple rooms and the sizable outdoor patio. The kitchen is well-appointed and easy to use. The beds are comfortable. There’s plenty of places to walk to from the house. Multiple-coffee shops are within a ½ mile walk. There’s a walk down to the water that’s a bit steep on a long set of stairs a few blocks away, but there’s a less steep way as well. Ascending from the house one reaches the ferry terminal to Vashon Island, and there’s a park as well, along which you can walk along the water on the north side of the peninsula to the northern tip and then around the east side where there’s a ferry

A wonderful place!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Caroline‘s Little Farmhouse so much and would have loved to stay longer. It is a beautiful, bright and very charmingly decorated house in a lovely rural and quiet setting. Everything was thought of, there was even eggs and milk in the fridge, and bowls and towels for the dog. Thanks Caroline!

Our host was considerate and generous. She had the refrigerator and cabinet stock with snacks and things for us to eat for breakfast. Well above and beyond what was expected. The house was spotless. The location is a lot of fun. It’s across from Seattle in a very relaxed area. We had gorgeous views of Seattle and it only took minutes to take the water taxi into Seattle. We really enjoyed it.

What a lovely place! We stayed here for a couple of days before our relocation to Europe. It was perfect for us in every way: comfy bed, a small kitchen with glassware and dishes, a good size shower. A baby grand piano was a welcome surprise. One minor thing some people might want to keep in mind: the unit is on the second floor, accessible by a long flight of stairs. It was a little tricky, but that was due to our particular circumstances: since we were in the middle of a major international move, we had a ridiculous number of large and unruly suitcases. If you’re traveling light, this should not be an issue. Overall, a wonderful experience and a gracious and kind host.

We loved our stay at this home! It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards. There were plenty of paddles, life jackets, and beach towels for us to use. It’s a pretty steep walk up and down to the waterfront, but it was worth it! The house was a 30 minute drive from lots of good spots for hiking and enjoying scenic views. We would definitely stay at this home again!

We had a wonderful stay in West Seattle with Katie, she is a lovely and amicable host who was attentive to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Less than 20 minutes from downtown by car and very easy to get into the city and return back with plenty of parking. It was a comfortable stay for us as we went hiking out of the area for our trip too. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived. Would recommend Katie to anyone looking to stay in Seattle or the surrounding areas!

Great place, great location, within walking distance to many points of interests, public transit right outside the door, essentials are provided so you don't have to pack extras, spectacular top floor view of the waterfront, quiet building, very clean, warm and comfortable "at-home away from home" experience, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a few days here and it was fantastic, lovely lively neighborhood set just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown while being a quick walk right into the thick of it. Had minor difficulties finding the correct check-in spot but was no problem. 10/10 will book here again

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment before embarking on our 7-day Alaska cruise. The location is fantastic—surprisingly quiet despite being so close to everything, and just steps from the beautiful beach deck and pier, and near the cruise terminals. I walked to Pike Place Market multiple times a day, and we even made the walk to the Space Needle in under 30 minutes! The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was absolutely enjoyable and made our evenings extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seattle, especially if you’re cruising—this place is a gem!

Loved staying at Jeri's place, she is an amazing host, always available, so friendly and funny! Her place is unique and very comfortable -there is a great spa tub i didn't remember being mentioned -could have spent my whole vacay in that tub ! I actually stayed at 2 Airbnb's while in Seattle (the other was not good), would definitely book Jeri's again !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo by the lake! The space was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The smart home features were a great touch and made everything extra convenient. After long days of exploring Seattle, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Peaceful, comfortable, and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the modern, brand new decor! The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable… when you have a rental that is right on the train tracks, you have to try to offset the noise, and the hosts did a great job, offering ear plugs and high tech noise reduction/ white noise machines in each bedroom, which worked great ( I chose the babbling brook setting and slept like a baby). I think the train going by only added to the charm! I wish we could have stayed more than one day, will be back for sure!

Everything you need in a well-equipped 1BR, including prime Pike Place location and full amenities in the building, not to mention the fantastic view. The 180° view of the busy harbor is stunning, and there is a Target (with full-service grocery) just downstairs. The large LG TV offers loads of entertainment apps for all ages, and the capacious washer and dryer are a real plus for road warriors. The building has exceptional amenities – gym, pool, community room with deck & BBQ facilities, and a small but full-service business room (computer, copier, scanner, shredder, fax). Listing description and photos are accurate. In sum, this is a far better value than nearby luxury hotels. You will not be disappointed here.
