Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ballard, Seattle

A hidden gem! Our family had the most wonderful stay at Will's property. The location was perfect a perfect base for our family adventures around Seattle. The house is tucked away on a peaceful street and only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Green Lake, which our pup loved! Will was super proactive with communication and very kind. Our girls are already asking when we can go back!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—beautifully set right on the water, peaceful, and full of thoughtful, high-end touches throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive, making everything easy from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again anytime. While it was just us, we can see how this would be perfect with a larger group (friends, family, etc.).

This was a lovely, comfortable home....very clean, very welcoming. Plenty of space so that the children could entertain themselves in the basement while the adults relaxed on the patio or in the living room. There was a fruit stand within walking distance which we enjoyed visiting every morning for delicious fresh produce. What a treat! We appreciated that any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly by the hosts. Arrival and exit instructions were clear and easy to follow. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook should we find ourselves traveling to Seattle in the future.

Clean, quiet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bryan’s place felt like home! It was so clean and calm. The kitchen was any chefs dream. I was able to unwind, read, relax and cook. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. I loved the style and flow of the home too. Bryan was very friendly and easy to communicate with- he sent a lot of recommendations for the area as well.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your place is elegant, comfortable, and so well thought out. We relaxed. Watched the herons, plunged in the sea at Fay Bainbridge, and took advantage of everything Bainbridge has to offer. I hope to come back! Have a great summer.

The house is big and open, lots of space to hang out in. Bedrooms are nice, good size rooms. Enjoyed the nesrepso machine. Great space. Highly recommended. Easy access. Great location

We had a great stay here. Marian was very responsive. The views from the living room and bedroom were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a larger family. We used it to sleep for Thanksgiving weekend with family nearby. Of note, the master bedroom is notably warmer than the rest of the house, so adjust your sleeping plan accordingly

Great host and beautiful apartment. Sweet outdoor space. Very quiet and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay. The unit has quite a few stairs leading up to it and steps inside to be aware of for elderly or those with physical challenges. Great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at Stephanie and Jay's AirBnB. The place was very clean and Stephanie and Jay were very responsive. I really appreciated their proactiveness to add air conditioners to the bedrooms in anticipation of the hot weather. Great location - walking distance to Green Lake and the zoo! I was worried about road traffic from the busy road next to the place, but it was hardly noticeable. I would definitely stay here again!

Delightfully clean, within easy walk of D-bus RapidRide to/from downtown and Ballard. Magnificent view of lit-up Magnolia neighborhood at night. Alex's team was responsive and proactive and friendly throughout. I hope to come back and stay again sometime. Thanks, folks!

What a fantastic experience , apartment is superb in lovely area . Jocelyn and Steve have got things spot on , so nice for essentials and treats to be left . This is how things should be . Nice comfy bed and have to say a great sunset from balcony . It was a treat to stay here . We loved our stay in Seattle and going back again for 2 days after being in Alaska . Nice also to have transport tickets to use . Loved it .

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

It's our third time staying with Diana and Karin in their lovely Wallingford neighborhood home. I can't emphasize enough the convenience of location, amenities and local recommendations provided, and quick response time from our hosts. This property was perfect for our group stay. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The home comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor area—with its spacious patio and beautiful view—was a highlight. Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This is our 2nd time staying at Dewen's place and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. If we had known we'd need an Airbnb for as long as we do, we would have planned to stay here the entire time. It is easily walkable to Starbucks, Fred Myers and several restaurants (5 minutes). A slightly longer walk will take you to Gilman Village where there are restaurants, shops and Issaquah Coffee Company. The location is private, peaceful (there is noise from the freeway and larger roads nearby, but it was not at all a problem for us) and beautiful. We often saw deer in the yard and saw tons of different kinds of birds. I enjoyed just sitting on the deck relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and our dogs loved running around sniffing at the mole hills. The living/dining areas are very spacious, as is the master bedroom. There is an additional bedroom and a loft if you have a larger party. I would gladly stay here any time we need an Airbnb in the area.
