The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Matteo's house is excellent! A lovely swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! Outside, you can sit comfortably. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused a floor cooling to stop working. Immediately it was arranged that we got mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to do by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Escape. Innocenta and Fabio were very generous and hospitable. They picked us up from the bus station and gave us local recommendations. The place is clean and the AC works well in the bedroom. The location is incredible and you really can’t beat the views for the price. Varenna is a beautiful city, Innocenta and Fabio make it feel like home. Hopefully we will be back!

Absolute recommendation! The Airbnb is located away from the tourist noise in the quiet village. We were able to recover very well. A quiet beach is 10 minutes away by car and Bellagio is about 30 minutes away. The location and communication were great, price worth every euro.

Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The local restaurant is great, the condo is perfect for a couple, and the neighborhood is truly special.

It would be a sin to write anything bad about the host and the place he offers. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and it was very difficult to find a parking space, but Francesca found us and offered a private underground parking, so we drove around the area stress-free. Francesca is a very nice, cordial person who explained everything to us in detail, transport, where to shop, places to visit, so we could focus more on relaxing. As for the place of stay itself, I will say honestly, despite the beautiful surroundings, it felt so good there that sometimes it was hard to leave😀. Clean, neat, the house is decorated in a very stylish way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, pure pleasure. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the garage is 3 minutes, so you can go without a plan, because even if you suddenly change your mind, it does not involve tedious planning. The neighborhood is a fairy tale! Thank you very much Francesca!

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything in the bathroom. We were able to park our bikes in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, you should note that. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. The privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. We enjoyed the time there very much! Absolute recommendation!! The quiet house with air conditioning was perfect for the days at the lake! Very nice swimming beach within walking distance. Marino was available for every question in the shortest possible time, we felt very comfortable!

The place was really beautiful and partly really cute. Communication with the host worked out great. However, one should be aware that the path to the accommodation differs greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute tranquility and a fantastic environment.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook for yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!
