Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

Yiannis ist ein äußerst freundlicher und kompetenter Host. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur gut und praktisch, sie ist auch geschmackvoll und schön fürs Auge. Der Kontakt war völlig problemlos und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für zwei wundervolle Tage in Mythimna! Wer bei Yiannis bucht, ist sicherlich gut bedient!

Çok nazik ve kibar bir beyefendi, ev Çanakkale'de en sevdiğim lokasyonda bulunuyor. Yeni kordon'da aradığınız her şeyi kolaylıkla bulabilirsiniz. Kafeleri ve market ulaşımlar çok kolay bu adrese de yürüme mesafesinde. Son derece memnun kaldım.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Άνετο σπίτι, με μεγάλους χώρους σε μία περιοχή λίγο πιο έξω από το κέντρο, αλλά με 10 λεπτά περπάτημα μπορεί κανείς να έχει πρόσβαση στα πάντα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, χωρίς κυριολεκτικά να λείπει τίποτα που να χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πολύ φιλική, με πολύ καλή και γρήγορη επικοινωνία. Τα μειονεκτήματά του δεν αφορούν το ίδιο το σπίτι, αλλά την περιοχή. Τα βασικά είναι το δύσκολο πάρκινγκ, και η έλλειψη πεζοδρομίου στον πολυσύχναστο δρόμο που βρίσκεται (αλλά αυτά ισχύουν για την πλειοψηφία των σπιτιών της Μυτιλήνης).

Such a cute apartment, and great to have a washing machine. The host lives next door so, although you have complete privacy, she is nearby if you need anything. Sappho Square and multiple great eateries are a few minutes' walk away, and the ferry wharf is also within walking distance. I very much appreciated the host allowing me a flexible checkout time, so that I could stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for my overnight ferry to Athens.

Thalia ile haberleşme konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mesajlarımıza zamanında ve yeterli cevap verdi. Evin konumunu çok beğendik, manzara harikaydı! Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Evin arka tarafında market var ve fiyatları da oldukça uygundu. Balkona her fırsatta kahve içmeye çıktık ancak rüzgardan dolayı tam tadını çıkartamadık, bizim Midilli’de bulunduğumuz zamanda hava gerçekten rüzgarlıydı. O yüzden balkon bizim için pek elverişli olamadı maalesef. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi, hepsi temel şeylerdi. Greek kahvesini Thalia sayesinde keşfettik :) Yorumlarda yazıldığı gibi yardımsever, ilgili bir hanımefendiydi. Henüz yaz mevsimi olmadığı için akşam/gece ev soğuktu ve klima fazlasıyla işimizi gördü. Sıcak suda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bazı yorumlarda gürültü ve sigara konusundan bahsedilmiş. Biz gürültü duymadık ve sigara kokusu hiç almadık, bulunduğumuz daireye koku gelmedi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, yaklaşık 5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte güzel zaman geçirdik :) Teşekkürler…

Very peaceful! The location of the house is very good, there is a market right across the street and it is very close to the bazaar and restaurants. The garden is incredibly pleasant, you can spend the whole day. The house is very adequate, almost a summer house. But most importantly Efi is an incredibly sweet person. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. She made lemonade for us with her own hands! We would definitely want to stay at Efi's house again.

Ali abi ve Filiz abla sizin için söylenecek çok fazla bir şey gerçekten yok. Bizi son derece sıcak, aileden biriymiş gibi karşıladılar. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Şömine yakmak istedik Ali abi sağolsun pazar günü olmasına rağmen odun bile ayarladı. Kahvaltısı da el yapımı salça ve reçel vs çok güzeldi. Köy içerisinde huzur dolu iki gün geçirdik, ikinci bir evimiz oldu. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar geleceğiz elbette:)

Gülay Hanımın evi gerçekten şahane, rahat etmemiz için her şeyi kendisi düşünmüş. Ev içerisinde bütün elektronik eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor, bu da çok sevindirdi. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi evin dekorasyonu oldukça şık, konaklaması çok keyifli bir Rum evi ❤️ Bulunduğu lokasyon bence Ayvalık’taki en iyi lokasyon , taş kaldırımlar ve birçok şahane Rum evi, nereye bakacağımı şaşırdım gezerken. Komşuları da çok tatlı. Minik köpeğimle kabul etmesi de benim için çok kıymetli. Her yıl Ayvalık’ta konaklıyorum daha önce de bu tarz evlerde konakladım ama açık ara en sevdiğim yer burası oldu. Bir sonraki yaz görüşmek üzere. 🤗❤️

Huset ligger högt uppe vid borgen och ser precis ut som på bilderna. Balkongerna med utsikter är toppen. Bra med fönsterluckor, blir mörkt när man ska sova. Boendet är på övervåningen av huset. Enkelt att parkera gratis nära borgen. Vi var fem personer så en sov i matrummet. Gulliga katter på balkongen. Gillar man att bo i genuina hem är detta toppen.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in Petra, Lesvos, as a group of four and were extremely satisfied with everything. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the bathroom was well-stocked, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they were quick to respond to all our questions and made us feel right at home. The internet connection was excellent, perfect for both work and entertainment. The location of the apartment was ideal—within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street, which made it perfect for relaxation. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the comfort of the apartment and the warmth of our host, we had an unforgettable vacation. If we return to Lesvos, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

Ece Hanım sabırla her sorumuza cevap verdiği gibi daha biz sormadan da pek çok bilgi vererek konaklamamızı kolaylaştırdı. İhtiyaçlarımızla hızlıca ilgilenildi. Ellerinde olmayan bazı aksaklıklarla ilgili bilgi verdiğimizde de detaylı açıklamalar yaparak bizi rahatlattılar. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu, teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and were extremely happy with the comfort and standard of the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and the place was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. There was also washing machine and dish washer. The pool area was beautiful and we often had this to ourselves. The sunsets each evening we’re beautiful. The apartments are located mid way between Molyvos and Petra, each were around 30 mins walk from the apartment to beaches and tavernas. The beach at Petra has plenty of free sunbeds in return for using the tavernas. There is a beautiful pastry and ice cream place 5 minutes walk towards Petra that also did coffees and alcoholic drinks. It was lovely to sit there and watch the sunset. The whole area had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely like to return here sometime and would highly recommend staying here.

Η κυρία Ελένη είναι μια πολυ ταλαντη ευγενική,πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα , εξυπηρετική και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την επικοινωνία που είχαμε καθώς έσπευσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει για την παραμονή μας εκεί Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό , μας παρείχε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες , ποτό καλωσορίσματος και την ευγενική της παρουσία

Joanna’s place was more than we expected so spacious bright clean and well equipped, I highly recommend her studio to couples or families. Joanna and her parents were super responsive helpful and kind. We would love to go back again when it’s swimming season!

Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας. Αν και η γειτονιά που βρίσκεται το σπίτι δεν λέει και πολλά είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Μυτιλήνης. Το σπίτι περιέχει ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς και με το παραπάνω. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι πως βρίσκεται στον 3ο σε οικοδομή χωρίς ασανσέρ που αν και δεν ήταν πρόβλημα για εμένα, ίσως να δυσκολέψει άτομα με περιορισμένη κινητικότητα.

Тhe house was really good, cozy, perfect view, amazing sunsets, clean and warm pool. The hostess is a smiley charming person. We had a cold white wine waiting for us as a welcome drink. They clean the place regularly and change sheets and towels. What else could e person want?!:) Evcharisto! :)
