Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Balestrate

I cannot recommend this property enough. In over ten years staying in Airbnbs across Europe, this was easily the best. But more importantly, the host… Nico was absolutely amazing! He is an extremely attentive, courteous and knowledgable host. Throughout my time in the apartment, Nico was truly invested in making my holiday as perfect as it could be. Nico is obviously very proud of his apartment and quite rightly so. It’s fantastic, it has everything that you’ll need - including an amazing ‘mist shower’- and let’s not forget it’s in a perfect location. Location-wise, everything I wanted to see was totally walkable - most sights and good restaurants are between five to fifteen minutes walk away. But if you prefer to cook, the fantastic food markets are easily reachable, the kitchen in the apartment has more than everything that you will need. I guarantee you will not go wrong with staying in this apartment. It will be like a home away from home. Thank you Nico for a fantastic stay!

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Es war alles perfekt, super netter Empfang und viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und alles sehr neu. Super ist das man auch einen Parkplatz hat und die Lage ist auch toll, viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Ivana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und in einer guten Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung 10/10 Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Un hôte très accueillant et flexible pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Vincenzo était présent à notre arrivée, il nous a donné de multiples renseignements sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants ! Petite note supplémentaire pour le Fava's où nous avons déjeuné à plusieurs reprises, un véritable délice de pâtisserie 😜 Vincenzo s'est montré très prévenant avec nous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zaira’s place in Trapani. She is incredibly helpful and the apartment is in a great central position. If anything the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The house was perfect for our trip. It is a short ride to the city and near the water for the summer months. The host was flexible and greeted us upon arrival. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable and warm. Great views from the terrace.

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

We had a fantastic time at casa carrubo. The house has a lot of space, the garden and pool are wonderful and so are the outside kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed our time a lot. The regional train station is 10 min walking distance. To get to a restaurant in the evening it's easier to move by car, however a supermarket is close by. Thanks for letting us stay until the afternoon on check out day! Highly recommended for larger groups who want to have a relaxing and fun time.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Her thoughtful communication made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're planning a trip to Palermo, I highly recommend Arianna’s place. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

Notre séjour chez Daniele et Adriano a été parfait. Le logement est petit mais hyper fonctionnel. La terrasse qui donne sur le jardinet, le calme de la copropriété fait du bien. En 15-20 min on est dans le centre ville, en 10 minutes à la plage avec de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Nos hôtes nous on donné des conseils sur que faire, quoi voir et quoi manger ☺️ nous les avons suivis et avons été ravis ! Merci pour l'accueil et les kilos en trop 😉

Die Wohnung war wirklich perfekt. Super ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage war auch super. Mit unserem Mietwagen war es ziemlich schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber mit der Metro wäre die Wohnung super zu erreichen.

Francesco’s place is amazing! Very unique, artsy, and homey. Location is great too: UNESCO sites are right around the corner, many shops and restaurants, and walkable to the coast. Francesco is kind and responsive, and his guidebook on local recommendations is very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We had a wonderful week and a half stay in this charming little apartment in the historical center of Palermo. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the city's vibrant markets, beautiful architecture, and delicious food. The apartment itself is compact but very well-equipped; it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maria was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. She communicated clearly from the beginning and went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth, especially when it came to the ZTL (limited traffic zone) driving rules. She even arranged and gifted us access to the zone, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo! Grazie, Maria!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
