Vacation rentals with beach access in Balestrate

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Alberto was an excellent host that was proactive so he could be there at the same time to welcome us. He not only welcomed us into the apartment but left us water, wine & coffee and showed us around the area. Beautiful balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully stocked kitchen. Alberto was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The home is in a quiet area. Wonderful view of the beach from the deck. Beautiful time with kids for a peaceful getaway. The beach is clean, we were often the only guests on it in sight (stay in May). Nathalie is very welcoming. She prepared a home for us and tips for our stay. There were beach toys in the house, which was a big advantage. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodated 7 people (5 adults and 2 children). Alcamo Marine is a good place to relax in Palermo if you're looking for a place close to a sandy beach and a base for Trapani or Palermo. The view of the sea every morning will be reminisced for years ☺️

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea and the mountains. The communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. You are welcome:)

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a lovely stay at Il Bijoux for 10 days. The accommodation is exactly as per the photos - spacious, well laid out and with everything you need for your stay. It was different for us to stay within a town and what really worked was the proximity to the restaurants, shops and all the sights of Castellemare del Golfo. Bartolomeo is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb. Thank you Bartolomeo for such a lovely holiday. We hope to be back.

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

The apartment was sparkling clean, nicely decorated, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was the perfect home base for exploring the charm of Sicily. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us the best local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are already dreaming of our next visit! Definitely recommended! (Slight disadvantage: you can hear noise from the street on the terrace).

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in multiple of Maria’s properties and all exceeded our expectations! Her & her team are very responsive and helpful to accommodate all of our needs such as recommendations, extending our stay, and even transportation to the airport. We loved this property because the views were breath taking, the sound of the ocean as we woke up and having a big space to relax in. Our stay was literally perfect and everything we could have asked for, we hope to visit again in the future. Thank you so much Maria!

We had a great time! Gisella and her son are very friendly, always available and welcoming. The apartment is simple, clean, quiet and very pleasant to stay in. The terrace is ideal, especially for breakfast in the sun overlooking the peaceful sea. The location was perfect for us, central to visit the different sites of Sicily that we had planned: we were able to make a beautiful discovery every day. We rented a car to get around and it was a perfect base for exploring the island and its beautiful😍, heavenly corners. We were happy to return late at night to Gisella's apartment where the great environmental calm made the nights refreshing. Thank you so much for the attention given to us upon arrival for our birthday. It was very touching. We stayed 10 days from May 23 to June 3 and it was a wonderful discovery trip ☀️❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Lovely apt in central town with everything you need, plus a comfy bed, fluffy towels and dressing gown and a divine balcony with sea view and hot tub. We lucked out - this is fabulous!

This apartment was like a true Italian experience. It is cosy and thoughtfully designed using space cleverly, especially in the kitchen. It has 4 balconies and overlooks a busy corner ( pedestrian street) below. Fun to people watch, both locals and tourists. The location is in the heart of the old town and has many restaurants close by. Easy to walk to the beach ( a few minutes away) and the fish market and all tourist sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very comfortable apartment even though it could be noisy at times it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to have stayed longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the town with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time
