Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a few wonderful days! The sea is so close that you can hear it from the property. Perfect beach holiday relaxing beach holiday. Giuseppe is totally straightforward and a very nice helpful host. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week at Patrizia's place. Simple but practical, the train station is less than 10 min from the accommodation, so ideal for visiting Palermo or other cities! There is also a Despar and a pharmacy really close by, and if you are running out of ideas of places to eat/visit, there are small brochures and maps available in the living room. Patrizia and her husband regularly check in to make sure everything is okay, they take care of everything from booking to checkout! Thank you for this trip!

As soon as we entered the apartment, it felt very good. It is a spacious apartment with lots of light, beautiful large window doors, a beautiful terrace and it is in a super location, a dead-end street where there is little traffic, so it is quiet. It is also in the middle of the centro storico, so everything is within walking distance. The best restaurants are also very close. It was an unforgettable stay for us.

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

Very well located apartment a few minutes drive from the center of Alcamo or Castellammare, supermarkets and especially the beach (less than 5 min walk). The apartment is clean and well-equipped, there is what it takes to be self-sufficient and also has a parking space in the residence. The main asset of this apartment is its large terrace with its breathtaking sunset view behind the mountains that run along the coast 🌄 I'll be back, thanks Mario!

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. We had a great short stay at this air bnb! We were only staying the day before we flew back home however I would recommend staying a little longer as the location is so beautiful with loads of restaurants and lovely beaches nearby. Vincenzo was extremely responsive and helpful even giving us a lift from the train station. The apartment also stays nice and cool despite the heat outside. Lovely air bnb!

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

A wonderful host in Sicily!!!! Our stay at the apartment was just fantastic. Nino and his wife are incredibly friendly, warm and always available. Even before arrival, there was helpful information and the reception on site was very warm. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need - you immediately notice that the hosts put a lot of love into it. Work on details. Especially nice were the local tips on restaurants and attractions in the area, which made our stay unforgettable. Grazie mille - we'd love to come back and highly recommend this place. P.S.: 5 stars are actually far too few!!!

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Super quick to accept reservation got us out of a sticky issue with another accommodation and allowed us to check in straight away with clear and fast instructions at 6pm. Apartment was as expected and described in the pictures. Good aircon and nice area. Some of the areas of Palmero can be sketchy and super hard to get parked however parking here was relatively easy to find and felt safe enough.

This apartment was like a true Italian experience. It is cosy and thoughtfully designed using space cleverly, especially in the kitchen. It has 4 balconies and overlooks a busy corner ( pedestrian street) below. Fun to people watch, both locals and tourists. The location is in the heart of the old town and has many restaurants close by. Easy to walk to the beach ( a few minutes away) and the fish market and all tourist sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very comfortable apartment even though it could be noisy at times it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.

We wanted to explore the historic city of Palermo so chose this AirBnB because the location was perfect to visit so many places. It also looked stylish and comfortable with lovely outside views. We were not disappointed - and would return there to explore more of Palermo that we could not see this time.....not enough holiday!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. The hosts were so thoughtful and responsive! this location is in a great artsy neighborhood near the coast with great restaurant options. very walkable to the historic city center and the train station for bus trips. highly recommend!

Our stay in Nicola's apartment was perfect and we felt really at home. Clean, spacious apartment, complete with everything, great location near the historic center, and easy to find parking under the house. Nicola is a responsive and attentive host and gave us great advice for our vacation in Trapani, and was a great help with his guide to the less touristy places. The area is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, with restaurants (La dolce vita, fantastic, is right outside the house!), pizzerias and a convenient supermarket a few steps away. Nicola's apartment was our best stay throughout the vacation, and we highly recommend it!

The house offers a stunning view over the sea and is located in a lively area with plenty going on — perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful suggestions for day trips provided by the host, which helped us discover the region in a relaxed way. The village itself is charming, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Opposite the house is a large square where locals gather every afternoon and evening. Children can play on the playground equipment, and there are also some outdoor fitness machines. That said, if you’re looking for total peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot — but if you enjoy energy, activity, and sea views, this is the place to be!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
