Villa vacation rentals in Balestrate

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Wonderful little house with a great view over the ocean! A small beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The house is equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. Ivana is a great host and was available and easy to communicate with.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

The vacation home and the super landscaped and well-kept garden blew us away from the first moment. The best thing is of course the indescribable view, but the cottage is also perfect. The kitchen is very practical and there is everything you need for cooking on vacation. You should go shopping beforehand and also bring drinking water. Swimming in the pool with the view is terrific. And if you get up very early, you will experience an unforgettable sunrise. Actually, we wanted to explore the area a little more, but then we preferred to relax and unwind in the garden. Alexandra greeted us upon arrival and she was warm and super likeable. It was a pleasure to speak a few words in German again after a round trip through Sicily. Best wishes to you and Alex. Great host and an amazing villa. Sunset on on the private bay was incredible. Local towns and airport were only a short drive away. Great to cook and eat outside. Will be coming back for sure.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Palme! Giovanni, Antonella, and Valeria were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators from start to finish. Their home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for families with young children and babies. We felt so at home that we ended up extending our stay by several nights! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the instructions for household tasks like waste disposal were clear and easy to follow. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and would highly recommend Villa Palme to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

Caterina and her husband are gracious, caring hosts with great taste. They have a beautifully decorated home with local Sicilian design elements and souvenirs from their travels around the world. They also greeted us with glasses of wine and helped us get settled in, and provided us with awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They went above and beyond to assist with our stay and we are forever grateful to them for their hospitality and easy communication!

Very nice home, peaceful and quiet! Beautiful location and views. Remote, but close enough to restaurants, markets etc by car. The property felt secure and safe. We arrived at the end of May, and hoped that the garden and grounds were maintained better - flowers and landscaping would make this place remarkable! The outdoor umbrellas weren’t around, but the different sitting areas made it easy to sit in the shade and enjoy the views. The outdoor tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but that was an easy fix. The stairs down to the ocean made getting up and down pretty easy, a few missing stones, and the handrail was rough, but an easy up and down. The owner could have been a bit clearer on how to access the water from the rocks, and some beach towels would have been nice, as well as shampoo and soap for personal use and dishes. Not a big deal, but would have made our stay nicer. The interior of the house was spotless, but in good weather (which we had), we wanted to be outside.

It’s hard to describe the beautiful view from this place. Off the infinity pool, you can see the city of Trapani and the coastline. The building is set in the middle of an olive plantation. The apartments were clean, spacious and well equipped. It is a phenomenal place for a bigger group and families like ours. I would 100% come back.

We stayed at the villa with our little son and simply loved it! Very nice house, great location, beautiful garden and Giulia is an amazing host. She was very responsive and made everything work in a perfect manner. Thanks also for the very warm welcome, the delicious treats and of cause having us ☺️ we are happy to be back soon!

We had the absolute pleasure to stay at Caterinas house to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary with 4 other adults. I chose this listing because the pictures looked like such a romantic house. Arriving to the island of Sicily was breathtaking, and let me tell you, once we arrived to the house, I was speechless. Caterina was there to greet us with such a warm hug. Entering the house stopped me in my tracks. The house exudes romance and actually brought me to tears. It has the perfect quintessential Sicilian decor and charm. The view from the terrace will mesmerize you. It faces West so you will have some of the most spectacular sunsets with views of Sferracavallo in the peripheral. All 6 of us found the mattresses extremely comfortable. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need for a perfect vacation. Caterina is an amazing host. She loves her house and it shows. We will be back! If you want perfection, make her house yours while visiting Sicily.

We had a great stay at Massimiliano’s beautiful house. It was very spacious and well laid out, positioned in a peaceful location. A car was a necessity, but there were lots of places within close proximity. We mainly communicated with Luisa and she was incredibly helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this place was simply memorable! The house is spacious and offers an incredible amount of space – ideal for a relaxing vacation. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view that we could enjoy every day – whether at breakfast on the terrace or while relaxing by the pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired, which made cooking very pleasant for us. The pool was an absolute highlight: clean, beautifully landscaped and perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The entire place is stylishly furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable right from the start. The hospitality was also exceptional – if we had any questions or concerns, someone was always available and we were warmly welcomed. Overall a fantastically beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place!

A pretty Sicilian house full of charm with a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the olive trees, the mountains and the sea. The house is close to the Zingaro and Segestra reserves. Lucietta was very available and flexible. We had a great time at this place that we would recommend.

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

We had a great time at the Flower Villa. The saltwater pool was amazing to swim in, and the garden and views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed our dinners under the olivetree. Roberto and Floriana are excellent hosts and such friendly and warm people. They gave us a lot of pointers for things to do and see in the area. We would 100% recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

the house in which we as a group of friends were allowed to stay for a week was more than worth it, full of comforts, super location, and a beautiful balcony. In short, had a great week!

Terrific place in a quiet and private location with beautiful views. Looks just like the pictures - the pool is amazing, as are all of the outside spaces (there is also an outside shower to rinse off - edge of the property on the right side, end of the driveway). Very close to both Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello. The house itself is spacious. Beds are comfortable (firm). The kitchen and outdoor grill have lots of cookware and utensils to help with preparing food. Wifi, AC (in each of the bedrooms), and clothes washer all worked great for us. Bruno was very friendly and responsive. The welcome pastries and bottle of prosecco were delicious and much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended .
