This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und punktet mit seiner tollen Lage mitten in der Altstadt und der herrlichen Dachterrasse. Nur leider war der Ausblick auf den Dom nicht möglich, weil er gerade restauriert wird und ein Gerüst mit Planen den Blick versperrt. Antonio ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend und die Matratze war die beste während unserer Silzilienreise. Die Wohnung war eine Oase der Ruhe in der trubeligen Stadt.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt dort, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und top ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt auch sehr gut und man hat genug kostenlose Park Möglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Die Gegend ist super schön mit sehr vielen facetten, ob Strand Tag oder aktiv Urlaub. Gerne wieder

Sandro est un hôte d’exception, soucieux que votre séjour à Palerme se passe pour le mieux. Il prend le temps de vous conseiller et de vous envoyer toutes les adresses et recommandations dont vous aurez besoin. L’appartement est très spacieux et situé dans un quartier où vous pourrez vous garer gratuitement et à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci !

We were traveling with 3 kids and needed an early check-in on the day when we were driving to Palermo and Claudia was extremely accommodating for this request. The place was very easy to find and very clear instructions on where to park and how to get to the apartment. Very accessible to restaurants and sight seeing as well. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Palermo and want to explore the city by foot!

Rosanna ist eine wirklich gute und herzliche Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt am wunderschönen Strand.2 ganz tolle Terrassen.Nur Samstag Disco im Nachbarhotel, leider laut.Sonst wirklich empfehlenswert. tolle Ausflugsziele.

A unique experience staying here in the igloos. Very serene and great views!! The shower was quite small but did the trick. The kitchen in your room had everything you needed to be self sufficient.

Leider war ich nur eine Nacht in dieser tollen Unterkunft, aber ich würde gerne nochmal kommen.. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und bekam geholfen von Fara und es fehlte an nichts. Für an den Strand zu gehen war es leider zu spät, obwohl sie mir ein Fahrrad anbot. Alles in Allem Note 1.

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We wanted to get outhenthic Sicilian expirience. And, yes we did. The place felt like out of the movies. Every corner, every wall, and even the floor had a story to tell. Loved the decor. Rooms were spacious. Parking near by. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Gisella et son fils sont tres sympathiques, toujours disponibles et accueillants. L’appartement est simple, propre, calme et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse est idéale, surtout pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil avec vue sur la mer si paisible. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, central pour visiter les différents sites de la Sicile que nous avions prévu: nous avons pu faire une belle découverte chaque jour. Nous avions louer une voiture pour nous déplacer et ça a été un vrai point de départ idéal pour explorer l’île et ses beautés😍 certains coins sont paradisiaques. Nous étions heureux de revenir tard en soirée dans l’appartement de Gisella où la grand calme environnemental rendait les nuits ressourçantes. Merci beaucoup pour l’attention portée à notre égard à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire. C’était très touchant. Nous sommes restés 10 jours du 23 Mai au 3 Juin et ce fût un voyage découverte merveilleux ☀️❤️

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

Un séjour parfait dans le cœur de Palerme ! L’appartement, situé dans le quartier de la Kalsa, est idéalement placé pour explorer le centre historique à pied. Spacieux, calme, décoré avec goût, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale à Francesca pour sa grande disponibilité et sa proactivité : elle a répondu à tous nos messages rapidement et nous a offert d’excellentes recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Byt bol v samom srdci historického mesta ,nádherne výhľady z každej izby ,skvele posedenie na balkóne a možnosť vychutnať si pravú atmosféru priamo v centre.❤️ Byt je nádherne zariadený v úžasnom štýle presne ako na fotkách. Tento apartmán sme si hneď zamilovali a určite sa radi vrátime pri najbližšej návšteve ! Ďakujeme aj za fľašu vína ktorá nás čakala na privítanie taktiež skvela káva ☕️. Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our family stay at Massimiliano’s terraced apartment was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is vibrant, busy, colourful and within walking distance of everything we were looking to visit-contemporary art galleries, museums, churches, the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, the food market, good restaurants etc. The apartment terrace is a wonderful way to relax over drinks or for dinner or even to watch the pedestrian street traffic below. The nearby train/bus station meant day trips to Cefalu and Monreale were very easy to orchestrate - even last minute. And Massimiliano is a wonderful host! He collected my husband from the airport and from that day throughout our visit he was such a warm, thoughtful and welcoming host. We will return. Thank you so much Massimiliano!!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Palermo! It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days in the city, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight—perfect for relaxing. Do note that it can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Massimiliano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend staying here!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
