Vacation rentals with a sauna in Balestrand Municipality

A nicely decorated apartment with a great view. We enjoyed sauna and pool- it was very clean and water temperature was comfortably warm. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed sauna in both evenings. The apartment was quiet. When opening balcony, there's some sound from traffic, but with the door closed you don't hear anything. Beds are super-comfortable! There's an oven- we baked a pizza and it worked perfectly! Washing machine is available, but it's said to be outside the apartment in a separate laundry room. Overall, the apartment is very compact. It might feel too small for a longer stay, but as for our stay of 2 nights (4 adults), it fitted all our needs!

I will return in winter for sure, the place is amazing and it is well located and in a place of tales, it has an amazing view of the lake and the privacy and convenience that surpasses the other lodgings we have tasted, and as amazing as it looks has the best price in the region. I loved everything and am super grateful for Eivind who helped us and everything Simply great everything Thank you very much Eivind for everything

The ap is in a Hotel that still needs some repairs, however the ap itself is marvelous. just right for 4 people, confortable for 3. It was clean, we walked in socks, the shower was good, beds were great. Nice view from the windows. It was a good starting point for Flåm. Thanks for welcoming us in your place.

Everything was perfect! Clear and detailed instruction, responsive host. Accommodation suitable for 5 people, very well-equipped!

apartment 14 upstairs. the "postcard" view. it was beautiful. just for the view it's worth it. the hot tub and sauna was also a plus. for the rest of the apartment, there is a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery missing. the shower area is very narrow. we were practically all alone, so the common areas were really nice. Alvik is very nice as a village and a lot to see around by car.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is tranquil, the home is cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable. The sauna was a great bonus. We found nice hiking nearby - it was beautiful and peaceful.

Lightning-clean, above-average well-equipped apartment where you immediately feel at home. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures. Very tasteful decoration and pictures. From rice, oil, salt and spices to dish towels and dishwashing detergent to toilet paper, everything was very abundant. Thank you for that. The location is strategically very convenient to make many excursions, 2 small Joker supermarkets about 5 minutes towards Voss and towards Gudvangen. The pool is a nice plus.

Well equipped and large apartment in a very beautiful location, I would happily reccommend this place or stay here again!

We had a good stay at the spacious apartment. Have a good shower The friendly and helpful hosts live above the apartment. As a result, you will occasionally hear living sounds.

Great apartment. Two bathrooms. Everything you need for a weekend stay and more is available in the apartment. The only downside for us is a super soft mattress on a double bed. Lots of dresser cabinets, TV, mixer, and lots of different things available in the apartment. Chargers for electric cars. The pool and common areas could be in better condition when it comes to cleanliness.

The cabin is super cozy, with an amazing view and perfectly equipped. It's a 10 minutes walk to the ski lift and easy to access. Thomas is super friendly and we had a perfect communication. We had an absolutely lovely stay and would live to come back. Thanks a lot!!

We had a great stay. Ideal location for us to visit Voss and Myrkdalen ski areas but also on the main routes to explore further in to the fjords. Apartment as described and handy having a pool for the couple of rainy days we experienced! Very responsive host who was a quick message away if we needed anything! Will def stay again if back in the area!

Incredibly nice apartment with everything you might need. Cheerful host who responded quickly to all messages. Especially positive that there were both prepared beds and towels, as well as a baby bed available. We had a very nice stay.

Absolutely fantastic host and accommodation. Right next to chairlift, views from cabin were spectacular. Would highly recommend booking here

Nice and cozy apartment with beautiful lake view

Great place, more beautiful and more national romantic there won't be♥️ brilliant hiking opportunities in any shape. Large , cozy and practical cabin that was well equipped. Cozy host and everything you need nearby. Reccommended highly. The only thing we missed a little was Wifi, but probably good with a detox!

Wonderful stay here. The view from the house and porch outside was beautiful. The home itself was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect for us looking for quiet, picturesque stay as a jumping off point for activities in the surrounding Naeroyfjory and Flam area about an hour away (but certainly many things to do closer to home in the Voss area about 10-20 minutes away).

A warm house in a beautiful setting. We felt right at home and the owner was very friendly, we even got fresh strawberries and raspberries. The bathroom with a hot tub is both nice for yourself and for the children and the sauna was also nice. In short, we had a pleasant stay and were able to see a lot of the area. Cherry on the cake is the bbq grill with canopy.

Everything was as described. Great week in a house with a great location, which offers enough options to feel good even in bad weather. We'll be back! Jens and Jana.
