Lovely place near the train station. ideal for easy commute to city centre. pub and coop within 10/15 mins walk, also on bus route if you that rather than train. house was clean and perfect for a few nights stay. responded quickly to messages, overall great Airbnb experience 👍

Jonathan was a great host - even coming to meet us from the bus stop when there was a road closure & arranging a late check out at no extra cost. The flat is brilliantly positioned for food shopping & public transport & is quiet, spotlessly clean & well equipped. The communal staircase definitely needs redecorating but that didn’t bother us once we were inside the flat, as it was so cosy & homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Jonathan.

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

My best friend and I rented the place to celebrate our birthday with some beautiful countryside and a hot tub, it really exceeded our expectations. We had issues turning the hot tub on and off again but in terms of using it was perfect. All the amenities were in great working order and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend for families as well with the massive garden and barbecue:)

The location of the flat is a bit off the city centre, so it’s very peaceful and quiet throughout the whole day. The bus station is literally in front the building, so it’s very easy to commute. The flat was overall tidy and clean, although there was a bit of dirty spot on one of the sofa’s cover. Other than that the rest of flat was very clean.

It was an absolutely lovely place, super clean and modern! It's at a great location, close to the cathedral and at a quick walking distance from the train station. It was somewhat cold when we visited Dunblane, but it this place was very warm and cozy. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunblane! And what beautiful place Dunblane is! Thank you Jo!

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of nice place nearby. It was very easy to find and enter. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean even though a bit small. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed Edinburgh!

Me and my 7 friends stayed at David’s place and it was spectacular! The spacious bedrooms, the gorgeous living room area, the closed terrace and the garden are to die for. The house was in pristine condition and the pantry was stocked with essentials. David was very fast to respond and even allowed a later checkout. The house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has many shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s, Starbucks and other food places near by. It is a 15 minute drive from the city and 20 minute drive from the airport. An amazing stay, could not recommend it moreZ

This Airbnb stay was excellent! The entire house was clean, cozy, and warm, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with even the condiments fully stocked—perfect for cooking. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toilet paper provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. We celebrated my mums 60th here and we were all in awe at how gorgeous and homely it was. Allison and Declan have created a beautiful place and they have thought of everything you need and more! The Old Dairy is clean, comfortable and spacious. Hot tub was very nice! We were left a lovely basket full of goodies and they even made up a basket for our dog with treats, bowls, a towel and a toy! Can’t recommend this place enough - we will definitely be back

Really beautiful and restful location for our stay with our 2 doggies whilst one of them was attending daily radiotherapy in Roslin - fab enclosed garden for them to roam around.
