Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

We really enjoyed our stay there. Best of both worlds with having your own kitchen living space but many of the amenities of a hotel( gym, breakfast, cleaning). Very family friendly and the breakfast being served till 11am was so nice for lazy days. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing I would add specifically for the penthouses is that the terrace (which is very big and lovely) is not attached to the room and only semi private. This would be helpful to add to the description as especially anyone traveling with young children. I thought I could cook while they were up on the terrace or they could easily use the loo but you have to exit your room and walk to a different floor for the terrace.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort. 80% der Geschäfte und Lokale am Wasser waren geschlossen und es waren kaum Touristen auf der Insel. Zur Wohnung direkt am Wasser gehörte ein Parkplatz (gegen eine kleine Gebühr). Somit konnten wir zu jeder Zeit unseren Leihwagen dort abstellen und mussten keinen Parkplatz suchen. In der Hauptsaison perfekt. Im Ort Sant Jordi sind eine Menge „baufällige“ bzw. „heruntergekommene“ Gebäude in den Nebenstraßen. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Zu Fuß zu erreichen war ein mehrere Kilometer langer Sandstrand. Dort konnte man stundenlang entlang wandern. Ins Hinterland kam man allerdings nicht. Der gesamte Küstenbereich war mit einem Zaun abgesperrt. Es waren entlang des Wassers 10m - 30m zugänglich. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Yachthafen, einen breiten Sandstrand und keine großen Hotels. Sehr angenehm.

Bonito y amplio alojamiento junto a la Rambla de Palma, una zona céntrica a la vez que tranquila y cercana a los principales lugares de interés. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, con camas confortables y amplios espacios (con un balcón a la calle). La descripción era fiel a la realidad y el contacto con los anfitriones fácil, amable y fluido. Nos ha gustado mucho.

Everyone was so friendly. Perfect location next to the beach, many restaurants and markets nearby. Room was exactly like photos, and you have everything that you need in room. Highly recommend this place to stay.😁

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sie war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es hatte einen grossen Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die Stadt war in ca. 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Nice and clean apartment in a friendly neighborhood, close to the beach. The host ist very friendly and responsive. Gladly again :)

Lejligheden er primært god pga meget flot og stor terrasse - med både formiddags og eftermiddags sol. Indvendig alt fungerende som et standard upgrade hotelværelse, køkken med lige det basale. Lejlighed virker større end på fotos. Selve området er måske lidt kedeligt men der er gå afstand til alt og nemt med bus A1 til og fra lufthavn. Supermarked lige nedenfor døren. Alt ialt en god oplevelse til prisen, som pga den sene bookning var til reduceret pris, hvilket passede godt.

Thanks so much for a great stay. The apartment is large, spacious and airy and the terrace area is fantastic with great views over the coast line. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the apartment was very well equipped. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement où le personnel, et en particulier, Matt originaire de Paris a pu nous donner de bonnes adresses et conseils, Les appartements donnent sur la piscine avec chacun une terrasse ce qui est très agréable . Le seul petit défaut que nous pourrions remonter, c’est l’insonorisation quand vous êtes au premier étage et que des talons aiguilles marchent au-dessus de vous. Aussi la décoration est sympa avec du mobilier de qualité qu’on ne voit pas partout. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, aucun souci !
