Farmstay vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

My family and I stayed here over the Easter break. Sam’s place made us feel at home immediately, it was super clean and really inviting, with the added bonus of a pastry Sam had left for us o know our arrival! The kitchen is well stocked with both kitchen utensils as well as herbs/spices and coffee. The really treat for the kids (3 and 4) was that they were able to collect oranges every morning from the orange tree, as well as fresh eggs from the chickens. The beds were super comfortable and the surrounding area was really quiet. It’s also a great spot for running! Thanks so much Sam!

Super schöne Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen am Rand von Sineu. Super Standort um von hier aus die Insel zu erkunden. Das Häuschen ist super schön ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht über die Felder war wahnsinnig schön! Die Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns persönlich nicht gestört, da eher wenig Vekehr war.

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pedro is a very kind and friendly host, always reacted promptly to our messages. Checkin was super easy. We (12 friends) were in his finca for a week. We had a nice paella evening, barbecue and even used the outdoor pizza ofen. The huge outdoor table was wonderful, even in October: we had breakfast, dinner or played games. The pool area was also super nice, clean and relaxing. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and we had everything we needed. We highly recommend to stay with Pedro, we all liked it a lot and enjoyed his finca as base for all our little trips to North-East Mallorca.

We chose the place on reading the excellent reviews for this property. The host family were warm and friendly who have lived in the area for generations - Paco is passionate and it was lovely to hear his experiences of living here, he was available but not intrusive. It is not a typical tourist accomodation and may not be for everyone. We enjoyed the experience of living on a farm house, collecting eggs, feeding the birds, lighting up bonfires with the children and using some of the organic produce from the farm. With a car, the property is well situated to access other things to do on the island. Overall it was a great experience and Id recommend it to anyone looking experience Mallorcan farm living.

We had a wonderful stay at Petra. Sebastian (Toni's father) welcomed us , showed us all the facilities. Recommended a fabulous local restaurant on the roundabout - blown away with the quality of the food and value for money. The house was quiet, parking easy and very easy to find.

The house was the perfect space for us - a family of four with great amenities inside and out. Kids had an amazing time in the pool. Proved to be a great launch pad for discovering Menorca and a lovely place to come back to after a busy day. Happy to recommend staying here.

Catalina's villa was everything we expected. It is very spacious both inside and outside, is in a quiet area (by itself), and had a great pool and views. It is also very well equipped. Catalina had kindly provided some fruit, beers, cheese, butter, bread and some chocolates for us. She is super helpful. Our adult children arrived ahead of us by public transport and couldn't get a taxi from nearby Felanitx to the villa. Catalina picked them up! She also let us check out late as we had evening flights. We had a great holiday!

Words can't really describe how incredible this house and property is. How often do you get the opportunity to stay in a 400 year old house that is yet modern inside and pristine. The house is spotless, beautifully furnished and so incredibly fun to live in with so many different places to relax and enjoy a cocktail both inside and out. The location could not be more perfect to Deia. Literally a five minute walk to the restaurants, shops and the La Residencia hotel. The views from the house are incredible - wake up and watch the sun cresting over the mountains at the back of the house and then enjoy evening cocktails watching the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea in the evening. Susana could not have been a better host - very responsive, very flexible and even helped us out after we left with a personal item left behind. We travel a lot and this is by far the most beautiful, unique and enchanting house we've ever stayed in. Enjoy!

Good location, quiet booked with Rob ( A super Host !! ), over the past 3 times via AirBNB and Agency for monthly stays - We normally rent monthly. Rob is super friendly and accommodating ..Super walks, trekking, super views , bike rides…The town of Pollença is very close, with all the services and great restaurants. The beaches are 12 minutes away..We love this place like its our own .!!!

Wspaniałe miejsce. Czulismy się jak w oazie. Piękne miejsce na wypady samochodem, Santanyí jest przepięknym miasteczkiem. Basen bardzo duży i czysty, stół, leżaki i przestrzeń w ogrodzie pięknie zagospodarowania do spędzania wspólnego czasu. To był niezapomniany pobyt. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Miejsce zapewnia swobodę i prywatność. Zwierzęta, natura, spokój. Dom w stylu rustykalnym, piękny wyremontowany stary wiatrak. To jak miejsce na film. Idealne wakacje. Dziękujemy za ten czas ❤️

Eine Unterkunft der besonderen Art! Man kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie besonders diese Unterkunft ist. Die Bilder werden dem, was das Haus zu bieten hat, nicht gerecht. Ein riesiges Grundstück, bei dem es in jeder Ecke tolle Dinge zu entdecken gibt. Sowohl das Haus als auch der gesamte Außenbereich haben einen Charme, der seinesgleichen sucht. Wunderschön, gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen gar nicht mehr heraus! Wir haben unseren Urlaub mehr als genossen und wären am liebsten geblieben. Cati und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen. Sie kamen alle paar Tage, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll zu holen. Dabei waren sie jedoch keineswegs aufdringlich oder störend, sondern sehr zurückhaltend und stets sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wir möchten uns für diese tolle Erfahrung nochmals bedanken, da die Unterkunft den Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat!

Vanessa’s villa was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything has been thought of. Super comfortable beds, power showers, superb kitchen, wonderful well maintained pool, patio and gardens. Fabulous private and peaceful location close to Santa Gertrudis centre and only ever about a 20 minute drive from wherever we wanted to go. We loved our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday and hope to come back again in the future, thank you Vanessa ❤️ We accidentally left our Mac & iPad in a drawer and Vanessa has been so helpful in getting these securely back to us. We also chartered a boat through Vanessa’s husband which was a fantastic day! Again, highly recommend. A very memorable time in Ibiza 🌈

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Finca. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr familiär. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderbares Anwesen etwas im Landesinnere gelegen. Der Grundriss des Hauses war perfekt für unsere Reisegruppe (zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern). Schöner und geschmackvoller Garten, toll beleuchtet in der Nacht. Abends hört man neben dem Grillenzirpen leider auch den Autobahnzubringer, man gewöhnt sich dran. Und dieser Zubringer ist es dann auch, der es ermöglicht in gut 20-30 Auto-Minuten an schöne Buchten oder in tolle Städtchen zu fahren. Bei der Rückkehr geniesst man dann wieder den tollen Pool oder die alten Olivenbäume und kocht in der grosszügigen Küche problemlos für eine grössere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Stefan war immer schnell und Klar. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus bietet für jede Altersgruppe einen Mehrwert. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Urlauber die die Ruhe und das Weite suchen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr mallorquinisch und das Haus bietet Platz für kleine sowie für große Familien. Auch für sportliche Aktivitäten, wie zB. Basketball oder Tischtennis ist gesorgt. Für Kinder ist ein toller Spielplatz vorhanden. Der Pool mit diesem einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Landschaft, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sanitär-Einrichtungen sollten vielleicht wiedermal entkalkt werden ;-) Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohlgefühlt und Michael war von Anfang an sehr bemüht um uns. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie auf Es Bellveret war einfach nur wunderschön! Es ist ein tolles Haus mit allem was man benötigt (von Sandwichmacher über Trockner bis zur Yogamatte) und ein wunderschöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, den wir zwar aufgrund der Winterkälte nicht benutzt haben, aber ein tolles Ambiente geboten hat. Die Kommunikation mit Marian war super schnell und wirklich nett mit vielen herzlichen Tipps und Nachfragen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen – wir können es Bellveret vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen! Auch die Lage ist wunderschön in der ruhigen Natur um Manacor, man ist ganz abgeschieden und kann die Ruhe absolut genießen, kann aber mit einem Auto gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche Mallorca zu bieten hat, erreichen und ist innerhalb von 10 min in Manacor, wo auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Allem in allem einfach perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca!

This is a really special place, tranquil and beautiful. The garden is wonderful, full of orange and lemon and olive trees. The pool was bracing but still fine to swim in in mid april (if you don’t mind it a bit cold!) - we went in everyday and the kids loved it. the house is a beautiful traditional mallorcaj house, very characterful. we did lots of cooking (using the kitchen and the barbecue) and had everything we needed. Supermarkets are only 10 minutes away. Magdalena was very kind and helpful. Tip: if you like walks/treks, it’s worth driving up the valley to the Lluc sanctuary, and there are some lovely treks starting there for all ages. You get to the house via some narrow lanes but it’s really easy after the first time. I would highly recommend, and we hope to return

We spent one week after Easter at the apartment. The communication with Pedro was very well by phone, he was always available for questions. The apartment is perfectly equipped with a lot of stuff on top like spices or books. Sant Elm is a nice little town and the apartment is close to everything. Strong recommendation, thank you for nice holidays.

Jordi and Margalida were such incredible hosts. They were so sweet and so helpful with walking us through their beautiful property. Their airbnb had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for! Their home is so beautiful and I couldn’t have found a better stay than this one. Next time we’re in Mallorca, we’ll definitely be back!

Mar was the best host i ever experienced on Airbnb. She was so lovely, had great restaurant recommendations and was always available. Normally answered in round about 5min. We had some rain during our stay and she didn’t hesitated to clean the Pool every day for us. Top service. The whole apartment and Mar been just awesome. Will definitely come back. Thank u so much. ❤️

A beautiful villa - very private and in a lovely setting. A car is definitely needed to stay here. Deva was our local contact and she was very flexible for our arrival and quickly responsive late at night when we discovered the weather had caused the air con units to trip. Overall an excellent place to stay

Eine exzellente Unterkunft auf einer Finca am Rande des Ortes Valldemossa. Das Interieur gediegen und spanisch mallorquinisch im Stil mit bestem Ausblick auf das Tal. Nur zu empfehlen. Besonderes Highlight - der Garten mit diversen Obstbäumen, Pool und Platz zum Entspannen. Guten Wein, Eier und Zitronen etc. gibt es direkt vor Ort.

War soweit alles super! Tolle Anlage mit einer super Unterkunft. Würden definitiv wieder kommen!
