Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

was such a lovely apartment with great views, nice walk down to beach a beautiful church across the road, surrounded by lovely restaurants and wonderful locals. teas parents where so lovely and Friendly made us feel very welcomed and right at home. I highly recommend staying here. hopefully be back one day

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. The residential complex was very quiet. Thank you Dragana for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very great, the surroundings quiet. Some action can be experienced on the campsite, which is about a 7-minute walk away. The water there is beautiful, we felt comfortable. But other swimming spots can also be easily reached in 15 minutes by car. Rovinj the city is reachable in a few minutes by car, where there are also swimming opportunities. In Rovinj you can shop well, where you will find Kaufland, Lidl, Netto, Tedi and many more. Natasa the landlady is very friendly. Requests are always resolved very quickly. We were very satisfied, thank you for everything

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! Darija is super friendly and has been very helpful with all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful time!!

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! You have a gem. Grazie mille! Ci vediamo (spero).

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.
