It was a pleasure to meet Tülay and to stay in her home. She was very responsive and proactive, always making sure I had what I needed and helping me with ordering a taxi when I left. Her home was comfortable, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient to walk to a large shopping mall and metro station with quick access to the airport.

The view from the balcony and kitchen was absolutely stunning. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Just a few metres away from Asansor elevator for easy access to Konak Square. Ertrugul was extremely hospitable and always on hand to assist. We truly had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Erhan’s place. He and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough and located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Although the place is a bit tucked away, Erhan supported us in every way to find it easily. Parking was available nearby, and we were even invited to join them for breakfast — a truly generous gesture. It felt like the old days of Airbnb, when it was all about personal connection and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Ev çok güzeldi insanı kedi evinde gibi hissetirdi hiçbir eksiği yoktu bir evde olması gereken her şey vardı. Temizlik konusunda çok başarılıydı,mutfakta tüm araç gereçler vardı.Bir dahaki İzmir ziyaretimde mutlaka ilk tercihim olabilecek bir yerdi. Ev sahibi Ayşegül Hanım çok güler yüzlü bir insandı. Wir als Familie haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es war immer wieder schön nach einem ereignisreichen Tag den Abend oder auch Morgen im Haus zu genießen. Die Dachterasse hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und Izmir. Metro und Bus sind gut zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann auch der Bazar in knapp 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und vorallem habe ich auf jede Frage unmittelbar Antwort und Tipps bekommen.

Geç saatte girişimize rağmen bizi karşıladılar. Bizlerle hep iletişim halindeydiler. Tek sorun muhitin gürültülü olmasıydı ancak Murat bey bunu öncesinde söylemişti. Gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz. Evde ütüden tutun kahve makinesine kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Her şey için Murat beye teşekkür ederiz.

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

Evin güvenlik ve temizlikle alakalı hiçbir problemi yoktu her yer tertemizdi hayatımda ilk defa bu kadar temiz bir işletmeyle karşılaştım. Evin tamamen kendi kullanımları için dizayn edildiği belliydi ve bu yüzden ihtiyacımız olan herşey evin içerisinde mevcuttu. Hiç düşünmeden tekrar konaklamayı tercih ederim. A really cute airbnb not too far from the centre. It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for visiting the centre of izmir. Utku was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in instructions were really clear and accurate. There is a bakery and supermarket a 2/3 minute walk from the airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the host and property to anyone visiting izmir centre.

The apartment is located 20 mins away (walking) of the new city's center and 25 mins from the old city center. You also are very close to a nice park. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and Demet was a very quick and friendly communicator, and even found a free parking spot for us.
